Ang, I did a soup evening last year. Made 3 different soups (mushroom, mussel, butternut) and had loads of different types of bread. It was a soup and sherry night. Was very successful.

That said I still can't imagine doing something that hectic now ...

Cole is doing better thanks and actually slept quite well last night. Did still cough but not as bad.

Zee, I like Nelria's idea and my mom worked for a lady who hosted quite a few dinner parties and I know that in winter her "SOP 'n DOP" evenings were quite a hit.

Ally & Julz Mexican and Curry night are also lovely for a winter them.

LOL I bought Abi these butterfly clips from Checkers now and put on in her hair, now Aidan also wants one. So now I have 2 little girls lol. C isn't too chuffed!

Ok so the bath thing didn't happen because I realised we have no more nappies so off to Checkers I went lol.

Zee, my birthday is also smack bang in the middle of winter(16 June) and I'm having a Curry night. 1 Giant pot of Lamb Korma (not spicy so the kids can also eat that) and 1 big pot of Butter Chicken/Biryani. Still need to decide. Biryani is more work but it's so yummy! I'll make a Chicken one though. Then I'll have that yummy buttermilk mix, some sambals, poppadoms, jasmine rice and Naan bread. That will be the party with my family (about 20 of us) and then with our friends we are going to the restaurant i reviewed this weekend. I have to go back there! lol

Oh sorry...thats what i wanted to ask...Mandy how is Cam now?
