Hi guys,
I went to Entabeni Private Game lodge. You can't drive yourself around like the Kruger, it's run by a schedule and you just eat, drink and be driven around. Very nice, nice price tag too but it was a gift from my folks so not sure exactly what they paid.
Nelria- great news about Xen! Let's hope he stays in for another 5 full weeks. Yay!!! Soon we can meet Xen! Next meet by you again so we can see our newborn nephew! I'll stay longer to do clearing up and washing up!
Mandy- you guys really don't have much luck with water and power! We're still gonna get a gas stove one of these days incase the power cuts start again. I don't want to be stuck in winter without warm food and tea!
Helen- enjoy your appointment! My DH has also been much more understanding and helpful, he's been getting better as C has gotten older but since I fell pregnant he won't even let me take the rubbish out which is great.
Lisha- sorry to hear about your driver!
I was thinking yesterday, I'm seriously going to see if we can't put C into creche for when the baby is due. I think it will be nice if I can sleep with the baby during the day. It's already starting to kill me that C is only taking 1 nap on some days.
As for the age gap thing, I don't actually think there's a perfect gap to ensure they're friends, if their personalities clash age won't make too much difference. I think the perfect age gap is one that suits you and your body. Having had a c-sec my body definately hasn't felt ready until recently, and I have only recently recovered from the PND but I also wouldn't want to wait much longer because the further away from the 'shitty' months I get the less I remember and I'm sure it's gonna slap me in the face like a wet fish. Elwyn is now 38 too and he doesn't want to be too old to play nicely with his kids. We love our 'nature' holidays and the sooner our kids are big enough to enjoy it with us the better so waiting more years is only going to delay our enjoyment.
