Nelria, I agree with Julz to not make contact with her and just make sure that you guys take the proper steps.

Ladies, Cole really loves his daycare and we walk there in the morning he sings all the way there and when I leave he waves by to me and blows kisses.

I can't believe that we are talking about second birthday's already....I'm not too sure that I will be doing anything for Cole this year but atleast we will be in our own house....HOPEFULLY

That is what i advised him too - as she is on power trip now making him stress, threatening suing, throwing big nr's around yet no face to face meetings ever with his back-up

vix - grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr girl I dont know its crazy how these kids sleep patterns just go up in air at any given time - I am one to advice ignoring it and letting him cry but i dont even take that advise myself as lea still wakes from 4-5 for 4 times then in my bed and i vowed to stoip this by ignoring it but every morning i think well its easier tending to her than listening to crying - so I DONT KNOW!!!!!!! u will have to decide do u want to ride it out or maybe try screaming for few nights u know u have tried everything and eliminated everything so its either just their age or he wants mummy with him either way not good

Nelria I think it's time to seek legal action. I would refrain from making contact now and let lawyers handle things. It will give her a big fright.

Ally funny enough df and I were talking about K's birthday this year. We have decided to host it at the Zoo, they have this lovely place like a boma by the giraffe and bucks with a lovely playground that has a see-saw,swings, slides etc. THe Zoo also organises you a jumping castle when you book with them. K is going to love it

I will then properly do a Barney theme since my child is barney verskrik!! But what to do if differntly. Next year K will properly choose his own theme

Nelria- She's either hiding the fact that she inflated those costs or that she's even pregnant. If you have nothing to hide then why shut out someone you want to pay for things? Anyways legally your brother doesn't need to pay or do anything until the baby is proven to be his and also she would need to produce origional Dr's invoices with her name on before he can even be ordered to pay a cent. If she took him to court with no paper work to prove her expenses they wouldn't order a cent to be paid except maintenence if the child is proven to be his but in all honesty I don't see that this 'pregnancy' will produce a living breathing child.

Having terrible trouble with C! He is waking 2-5 tinmes a night and insistes on a bottle of milk every time, he won't even accept his dummy. Last night I had to get up turn the alartm off to go to the kitchen to pour milk. I can't do this much longer. I've tried him with meds, without meds, with rescue without anything at all, how much dinner he eats doesn't seem to matter neither does his bedtime. I cover him up once he's asleep so he's not getting cold, I just have no idea what it is, it's been like this for about 2 weeks now! Man I really need this 'time out' this weekend.
