These kids are too quick with our mugs these days. Julz no more on the nightstand okay??? Shrey gets excited everytime he sees a mug or a tea cup abd exclaims TEA!!! He has had the baby rooibos a couple times but me thinks one of the grannies (if not both) is responsible for the tea fascination

I went to a clothing factory shop at lunch. Got my niece such nice Foschini stuff ranging from R20 to R50, so sad that the actual shops charge the price they do. And I couldn't resist the Truworths antique looking wooden jewellery boxes, paid R60 for 2 and both were nice sizes. It still had the original prices on - R99 & R150 ... so super chuffed with that.

Boys are def. slower than girls Lisha. My friends daughter is 2 weeks younger than D and she is way more advanced and yet his fine motor skills are more developed so boys tend to be more physical.

Lelani my dh is the only son so I can understand where you're coming from re mil. Why do things have to be so complicated? I would love to work in Gauteng as there are tons more opportunities there than in Dbn but dh is content where he and he would never leave his parents.

I'm not too much of a jealous person, I think Don't get worked up over dh being friends with females. May have given him grief over checking out other woman once or twice but usually in a teasing manner lol. He isn't the jealous type at all. A bit disappointing sometimes lol ...

Simone you sound way too excited about Teletubbies Will pvr a few more episodes and see how he reacts. Currently he is very much into Chuggington and his Cars movie. Also got him & my niece Bolt today - not sure if they will like that.

Julz I also read that too much tv does slow down speech development but we're not too fussy for now.

Shrey says a few words - mum, dad, drink, juice, truck, cup, room, oh gosh I can't think of others now. But on the speech side he is well behind my friends lg & dh's cousins daughter ... but with other things he is ahead of them. Just different kids will be quicker at certain things???
