Lisha thanks. Acutally you are right the ackermans pants fit him and the length is great. I bought one pair from ackermans but no elastic and they are huge. I must just take him with me from now on.

Angie I looked at edgars but that branch had very little and all ben 10 etc

Just choose a colour and decorate with serv. etc and you can get nice 21st things like table confetti etc.

Sometimes the adenoids are a bit large so it causes snoring. If it bothers you too bad. ;)
If it bothers him chat to the doc. You need to also make sure his nose is clear which you do. dylan used to but he has outgrown it.

Simone, shame poor G, that is definitely something he is never going to forget.

Julz, you better make use of that voucher. I was thinking about you. I bouth Cole a 18-24 months pair of jeans at edgars (a zerbit make) and they fit him really nicely around the waist and length. Maybe you must try that make at edgars as Dylan & Cole are roughly the same size. And I bought him a 2-3yr top there as well and was suprised that it actually fits him nicely. Sometimes I forget how much Cole has grown.

Zee, I'm turning 27 in nov. But I remember Dawie for some reason...and Heidi & Nikolaas etc....must have a built in mega memory or something

Nelria, crap about your exams

helen, I think if I fall preganant again I would not want to know the sex either....but I am not too sure if I'll manage to hold out a whole 9 months...

Carika, I hope that cathy will start sleeping better soon.

Speaking about sleeping, do any of your kids SNORE? Cole snores like an old man....it's actually irritating the hell out of me....

And then another question:

I am helping a girl I know with her 21st and she is having costume party...so everyone can dress up in any costume (not a specific theme like halloween or masqued ball or anything)

so now when it comes to decorating the tables...what suggestions do you ladies have...something that will fit with the type of party

Lol Lisha, my brother turned 31 the other day and I said 'Oh goodness, I'm almost turning 24...I'm getting old!" And he just looked at me with his death stare. I just shut up right away lol.

Ag I just lost a long post :( Not going to try to type the entire thing again .... So frustrated ... first no electricity for 3 hours and now lost my long post. Oh and my cell just won't stay logged in here long enough I don't know why ....

Julz re pants, we have the same prob with Shrey but I found Ackermans have jeans with elasticated waist which is perfect and Edgars had a couple with a small drawstring, not great but it isn't as big on the waist once tied.

Re mothers day we're having a braai with my moms brothers & sisters and their kids & grandkids on Saturday and Sunday we'll spend time with the il's and then I'd like alone time with my boys.
I still need to get gifts for my mom & mil, both are so difficult to buy for as they are very fussy about what they wear :(
If I don't get a gift I won't be too phased cos I got spoiled a lot for my bday last week :)

Ally hope you are feeling better today.

Nicole the weekend away sounds nice, try not to stress about routine too much. When we went to CT Shrey was completely off with eating and sleeping time but the day we got back to work he was back on track :) And while we were there he would get so exhausted from the days activities that he slept so well at night. Hope K is good for you guys.

Simone lol still can't believe G fainted at the altar. Renewal of vows sound so romantic :)

You guys only turing 30 now are depressing me lol ... I stopped counting now hehehe

Helen & Angie hope the house transfers happen asap ... nothing worse than delays for something you want so anxiously ...

Completely blank now ....

LOL Vix, I just checked. I think it was Abi! THANX!! lol

Zee, I'm actually not even the best cook in our family. My aunt and my cousin are all amazing. And then we all got the inspiration from my gran who used to be the most amazing cook but now that she has eye problems she doesn't cook as much anymore. She used to run a hotel and a catering company when she was younger. My best memory with her was when we used to bake cookies (I wrote about that in the about page on my blog) and when I smell Rooibos I always think of her. She used to take me into the conference room at Tukkies where she used to do catering and we used to drink rooibos tea like 'ladies'. lol

I think I'll also get my gran and my 2 aunts something. My mom's twin is like a mom to me now and she is definitely the only gran figure the twins have and then my other younger aunt (the amazing cook) is like a sister to me but I'll just get her something as well. I saw Woolies has the most AMAZING stuff for mother's day!

I can't believe how much the twins just ate (in comparison to how much they have been eating lately). They both scoffed half a wholewheat peanutbutter & honey sandwich and a whole banana each. It's so cute now, they can't say banana but they say 'ta nana'. :)
