Oct/Nov 2008 mommies!

Julz I never give them stuff for their tummies. I also believe the bug needs to work itself out. The problem is just that I don't want to give her milk now but that's the only way she'll sleep. I think I'll just give her 50ml milk with the rest rooibos so she can atleast get some more fluids in.

lisha..ur pampering sessions sounds sooo good.. i keep hinting to my dh but i guess it falls on deaf ears about booking me a massage..LOL
hope the teething wont be a problem for shrey tonight..
is his nose still runny and stuffy??

simone.. i forgot to tell you.. as i smsed to say thanks for the meet i realised we did not take pics!! that is a major bummer!!

and ladies.. i think simone has been lying to you all.. addy is such a pleasure!! and very reserved.. meet was lovely as simone has mentioned.. altho the 2girls are fiesty..saarah had her moments where she would want the toys that addy has..(toys she never plays with usually!!) and my madam kept stealing addy's biscuits!!! LOL

oh oh simone...please dont forget i want pics of addy in her clips.. and does the sock thingys fit??

afm.. we are fine.. weekend was ok..nothing out of the ordinary.
sitting at work today.. very depressing driving to work and the roads are not as busy.. most people on leave for the day!!
oh well.. lets hope this day flies by!!

ally try not to get anything to stop her tummy from working. Paed says to let the bug out. Dylan got pribiotics in hospital and some nausea meds but that was all. Just get rehydrate stuff and mix with apple juice and make sure she takes in plenty of fluids. Shame hope you feel better.

I hate feeling like this and bad nights as a result.

Julz I'm also sick. My chest feels so tight, my throat is sore and I feel a horrible cough coming.

Ladies that were at the meet, just watch your kiddies. Abi has hectic diarrhea and she looks like she's getting sick. Not sure if she got it from one of the kiddies or if she's going to give it to anyone so I'm just warning you.

Going to try to get to the pharmacy today for myself and the babies.

so pleased the meet went well in the end.

At work today.

Had a quiet weekend.

Got little sleep at night but rested during the day. Don't feel well really. Tight chest and my joints are sore thanks to the cold.

I did unpack all my cupboards and am still organising so house is in a huge mess, but it has to be done.

Hi mommies

Well I am probably one of the few at work today Got to make the most of it though cos I have auditors back in my face on Wednesday.

So glad that all the Gautengers had a lovely meet, pity about the rain though and the surprise being ruined. Abi & Cameron sound too cute ....... Can't wait to see the pics.

Simone glad you & Missk had a nice playdate with the girls too .... wish you'd taken some pics though...
Did the older girls have a nice sleepover at your place?

I had a nice pampering weekend. Saturday had my hair cut and yesterday had my facial, waxing and a free 30 min back massage to go with The rest of the time we spent with Shrey ... He was so good the entire weekend despite this horrible teething and runny nose. He even slept well but then Murphy's law reared it's ugly head and he slept terribly last night ... woke up twice crying, I think either teething or leg pain. Gave him some Calpol at 11 and he slept through thereafter.

Oh and almost forgot to say, Shrey pushed dh's cousins lg on Friday. Thankfully mil was nearby and caught her before she toppled over. When I was telling him that it was naughty he kept saying push and mimicking the pushing action Hope that is not a regular occurance. I think it's more that he & my niece play roughly and he thinks all kids are as strong as she is .... but still hoping this doesn't happen often....
