Mandy no I didn't go for an interview sorry, just started sending out cv. I think Lelani went for an interview. Had a little chuckle at you saying it was also great to send your dad home every now and again I wish I could do the same hehehe.

Nelria congrats on house sale. Hope all works out with new place too.

Helen sorry can't remember what I posted last year Glad you survived time with the il's over the weekend.

Nothing to report this side. Shrey had an evening swim so fell asleep easily and had a good night.

Yes on my 4am replying bus again. Just got wayyyyy too busy this afternoon to reply about C's first day sorry!

On a VERY good note, I only just woke up to feed the boys at like 3:45am so I am feeling pretty refreshed already. These boys reallu do sleep so well at night, at this stage C was waking every 2hrs. The boys were fed at 8 anf in bed by 8:45 so if you take just the sleeping hours they pulled a 7hr stint. And the best bit is if they only feed now at 4am then they may just go til 8am tomorrow morning.

I think Alex is under the weather, he has been moaning and groaning ehich is so not like him, been giving him some Nurofen because he had an ever so slightly high temp. But I think the nurofen might be making his tummy work a bit more. Will see how he is tomorrow. Don't want to go to the Paed un necisarily because I'm sure I'll be there a few times overr the next few months now C started school.

C's first day at school was o.k, Teacher says he has a huge temper on him and he cried for me a lot. He refused to sleep and eat. He did however bring home a little playdoh artwork thing which was so cute, I'll have to keep that one. Elwyn and I can see a difference in him already, he seems chattier and a bit more obedient even after just 1 day. He kept saying "hello mommy" everytime he walked into a room where I was standing like he was surprised to see me. I'm sure in a day or 2 he'll settle in and enjoy himself.

As those of you on FB saw, I had a bit of a run in with a woman in PnP. The babies started screaming so I stopped to put Jono in the sling and try and calm Alex. Jono hates the carseat or pram so he always makes a fuss and Alex isn't well so he's crying for love all day. Anyways this stupid cow comes and asks if perhaps I had forgotten to feed them. I was fuming because not 1 min before I had been hollerd at by another nosy cow who insisted on chasing me down the aisle to she can see and TOUCH my babies. Anyway back to the stupid feeding remark. Right there and then in the loudest possible voice I tolder her straight to P*** off, who the F*** does she think she is to tell me how the *** to look after twins. Sjoe I was fuming. I don't care if anyone thought I was rude because I am so sick of people thinking that because I gave birth to 2 babies instead of just 1 they suddenly become public property for one and all to look, touch and comment I know there are a lot of genuinely interested people but seriously, would you really go bother a lone mother of screaming twins when clearly all she wants to do is get her shopping and go home. The cashier asked me "oh are they twins? So I told her (now bear in mind how irritated and serious I look) "No, I just stole one of them from another lady" oh and now I think about it I only had them in the single pram together so maybe it really did look like I stole one LOL

Ally- grrr PnP didn't have a copy of Avo, or maybe I'm too early? Yay on 1 nappy a day. Currently on my house we're using 20 nappies a day.

Nelly- wooooo hooo on signing house contracts. Tell me, when you move out I take it you already have everything to fill your house, furnature and kitchen stuff? My mum is moving from the huge guest house to a small place and was gonna leave a whole load of really good stuff so I told her to bring it with cos I know another girl who's buying her first house she can use some of it but it hit me that also you can maybe use some if you have to leave stuff behind at your mum place?

Kitchen Is booked to start work on St Patricks day so I shall be starting my 10 day braai stint with a Guinness in hand it seems, perfect!

Nicole I agree with Julz on the 'issue' and I agree with you on the nappy/poo thing, try it and see, but then he still needs to learn to poo on the toilet so you can be nappy free one day. I have managed to bribe C into pooing on the toilet using those lil R9 action city cars as prizes and now all he expects after a poo is a cheer and a pat on the back so thankfully it's not gonna cost me a lifetime of R9 cars.

O.k I should go to sleep again now, will catch up again tomorrow.

Vix - very brave of you to make decisions through all your tears so quickly! The quicker the better.. please remember the first week to 10 days is hardddd and then they start to LOVE IT! Christopher showed you he was ready and just you wait.. soon he will be soooo happy to see you all the time..

it was great to have my daddio here and also great to send him home.. not to be mean.. but its hard to have him stay in our lounge. He is a very loving and supportive dad but also very nosy, very interested in our lives and gets toooooooooooo involved - so I constantly think i need be a buffer between hubby and him

BIGGGGGGGGGG NEWWWWWWWS we sold the house to the same bogus buyer we have been negotiating with for ages he he he must say the dude is master negotiator (he is porpoperty developer afterall) so after making me sick for weeks we settled on 790 another 10 of for him but hey cash buy so thats nothing for getting out of selling for me

also viewing the place we want just now with boet so will maybe make offfer tomorrow whooooooo hooooooo

ally - great re nappy lea wont be trained for another year i reckon she is full time in panties but nappy with sleeps as she still has bottle and its my only way of getting her down so sticking with it for now

Lelani, thanx doll, but I seriously doubt anyone will be paying for my signature lol. When I have a book out I'll rather sign a copy for you than a silly photo.

The twins are doing exceptionally well. Abi is now 100% potty trained but Aidan still sleeps with a nappy at night. Most mornings he wakes up dry so we'll give it another 2 weeks and then see if we can get him off the night nappy too. So nice to only be using 1 nappy a day from 6-8 a day.

Thanks Ladies, Julz funny enough the point you made was one of the reasons he made the decision, you can never be certain or have 100% security.

Vix i second Lelani, C is going to proberly be one tired boy today.

K has been doing this odd thing for the past two nights, the creche puts him in undies as soon as he gets to school so his in undies until his showered and i put a nappy on him at bedtime, now it appears that as im settling him for bed he makes a poo, which then iv got to change him etc which wakes him up even more and is a struggle to get back to sleep, so tonight i think i am going to put a nappy on half an hour before shower time to see if it makes a difference.

I must weigh myself tonight as since i have been sick i have been barely eating, fri,sat,sun all I ate was 1 piece of toast each day and then yesterday i managed to eat some grapes and a small slice of homemade pizza dh and i made together last night, today i havent had a chance to eat anything, so looking forward to the chicken wraps i am making tonight.

I wonder how Angie (C.J.'s mommy) and family are doing in Bloem. Pfairy has also been quiet.
