Hi Ladies

Flip what a hectic start to the week......

Vix please dont feel guilty, you have got so much on your plate and there's only so much you can do!!!! C will proberly benefit from going to creche as he will be around other children his age and he will definatly start copying them such as if they drinking from a cup, not wearing a nappy etc. He will also be stimulated which will keep him out of trouble. I will use us as an example lately K has been throwing the mother of all tantrums, when he cant get what he wants he starts screaming, so bad that i cant even imagine what must be running through our neighbours minds, if we smack him/send him to the naughty corner he then starts trying to bite/hit/pinch us with this really angry look on his face and he receives enough attention (or so i belive) from us at home, so i do think its generally most kids this age or acting like this, It gets so bad sometimes that i actually burst into tears like this weekend as i feel that i am constantly shouting at him because he misbehaves so, however according to his teacher he does not behave like this. Think positive thoughts of why you sending him to creche, i know this is not what you wanted, but it could be the best for all concerned. Big ((hugs)) to you.xxxx

Julz Im glad you enjoyed the wedding, cant wait to see some pics :) Ouch on Neil making acquaintences with the tree.

Simone hope you had a lovely get -away, sounds absolutly blissful.

Jessica ONE MORE NIGHT!! Best of Luck tomorrow for when you meet you beautiful son and become a mommy of two. xxx

afu - well can you belive a week later i am still frekking sick so finally went to the doctor today and it appears i have a sinus infection as well as flu........grrrrrrrrrrrrr, i feel absolutly horrible. Our weekend was alright, we didnt do much besides for the last packing and grocery shopping.

I went onto the website Vix's posted here and printed the various colours so it has the colour plus all objects in that paticular colour, had it lamanated and put it up in K's playroom which he loves pointing to everything, although he still thinks everythings blue and yellow lol.

I hope everyone has a lovely eve, definatly going to lie in bed and read a book tonight once K has fallen asleep. He still wakes up alot at night but more to check where we are.

Last night i was lying on the couch as i really wasnt feeling well and K ran up to me gave me a hug and said "its fine mommy" lol, priceless.

Helloooooo there

Flip feels like I missed a decade of chat.

Mandy I am so sorry about the renovations. I hope you figure something out.

Angie I am so so pleased things worked out for you and how odd is it that it has worked out better than you thought it would. Isn't life amazing!

Jessica sends her love.

Lwasi was in hospital for her tonsils and is doing okay now.

Vix wow you really are doing well. Ditto Lisha. Dylan only ever picked up about 100g per week even though he was a good birth weight. Another lady here mentioned that sometimes the birth weight is also more due to the drips from c section. My paed reassured me that as long as he was picking up that he was fine. It's always good to call and check anyway.

As for C vix, I am so sorry you feel so bad. Truth is that kids really act up for the parents. Dylan is so naughty with both of us around and seeks constant attention at the moment and we don't have another kid. I recon it is just this age group really. I promise he will behave at school. My friend owns a creche and she said the kids never act up at school like they do with their parents. He may just be bored at home. Hugs to you.

Angelique how scary indeed. Do you have any answers yet?

Simone your weekend sounds divine!!

Lisha financial year end? Good luck!

Helen Nina sounds stunning and fiesty is good (mostly)!

Nelria hope the house is sold soonest.

Zee sorry that you are feeling so awful.

Yoza how is Siba doing. Well done on making sure he is okay!

ally so excited for you. Flip I only arrive back on teh 15th .

AFM the wedding was stunning. Truly the most amazing I have ever been to. Beautiful and relaxed. My sister was beautiful. My new brother in law is just the most amazing guy ever.

The family arguing not so much fun and I had a major fall out with my gran after locking my key in my car the day after the wedding. Neil also had a run in with a tree at the venue and has to have his car panel beated. It is really bad.

Dylan was sweet. Really busy at the wedding but quite good. Everyone loved him.

Can't wait to see the photos. My sister had the most amazing photographer (really amazing eye candy).

Neil

Mom of Dylan and Partner to Joerg. We live in the Beautiful Pringle Bay which is along the Whale coast, Cape.

Hi ladies.

Vix, you cannot beat yourself up about this. I know you do though. I understand that you're feeling your neglecting him. I think school will do him so good, he'll get the stimulation he needs and like Lisha said, he'll probably drop all the baby stuff once he's with kids his own age.
And also, like Lisha said, he is just being a 2-yr old. They all throw tantrums and they all seem horrible to us at times. :)

I'm so excited, the issue of Avocado with my shoot is coming out on Wednesday. The tree they have on the front was MY IDEA but they went and re-shot it. Cheeky bastards! I'm so excited to see my food in print. :)

Morning ladies

Vix firstly great big virtual hugs to you and secondly you can't let yourself feel guilty, you have so much on your plate that you have to deal with all by yourself. School now may be an excellent idea because like you say C seeing the babies all day is making him want the bottle and a diaper but once he is with kids his own age he'll probably decide to ditch all that. And please there is nothing at all bratty or naughty about his behaviour - he is just going through regular 'terrible two's' like the rest of our kids and he will outgrow it. Hope you feel better as the day progresses xxx

Nelria hope you guys get the house & find a buyer for the existing place.

Zee lol @ Ziani crying for her grannies! These kids are too spoiled by their grannies. Hope you managed to get your assignment done, not sure how you're coping with so much as well  and here I just battle to find time to handle one toddler

Simone how's Addy's finger? Hope you guys are still enjoying the getaway.

AFM we had a good weekend. We took Shrey to the rugby, he loved it. Did get a bit frustrated in the first half as we were sitting in the scorching sun but second half he clapped and cheered because he could watch the game properly then.
He was very tired when we got home and after 30mins of playing with my niece he said to me 'time to sleep'.

Yesterday I moved most of the furniture while sweeping in search of more baby gecko's - didn't find any so pretty settled now lol. Otherwise it was just grocery shopping & relaxing for the rest of the day.

Okay got to run ladies. Last day of financial year for most of my companies so lots to do. Have a great Monday x

Wow ladies! My heart is soooooo sore tonight. I have cried and I feel like I could easily cry some more.

I think we have decided to send C to school. He has become quite naughty and I feel he's just become un controllable. I spend my whole day saying "no Christopher, stop it, Don't do that, that's naughty, I'm gonna smack you......etc" He's really not a bad child he's just looking for attention.

I feel HUGE amounts of guilt for not having enough time for him. Because I selfishly wanted another baby he now has to suffer. I think it wouldn't have been so bad if I only had 1 baby but because I had twins it makes things harder. Not just because of the day to day attention but since the day I sent him to my mum's he has come second in almost everything. We sent him away (his very first time ever) for a whole week, he came home to find a baby in his house, then every day for the next 2.5w his mommy and daddy took turns to 'leave' him again to go up the hospital, then we bought home yet another baby and since then there has just been no time to spend with him and an angry mommy all day long.

Everytime he wakes up from a nap he cries heartsore tears for his Daddy, no matter how hard I try to convince him that I'll give him love and cuddles, he screams at me to go away, last week when I was bathing hime he told me I mustn't touch him, his bum is daddy's bum :-( Yesterday was the final straw that broke my emotional back, he refused to kiss me good night saying "no, I don't like it" and that's where I realised I can't go on like this. My child is really going to hate me and then what?

I don't mind that he needs to go to school, I know he's gonna love it (anything's better than being around me at the moment) I'm just so sad that it had to get like this where he feels fethers for me right now. I know he does love me and I am his mommy but he's hurting really bad and it's because of me.

Truth be told I'm kinda embarassed about sending him to school with his behavour the way it is, he looks like the worst spoilt brat ever right now, throwing tantrums if he doesn't get his own way, weeing in a nappy once then taking it off and demanding a new one on, he won't drink from anything but a bottle suddenly and telling everyone to "stop it" if they do something he doesn't like. I'm so scarred they tell me to take my child elsewhere because they can't handle him.

Goodness, I'm just a blubbering wreck right now so I'm gonna stop and go to sleep again.

Vix, the Pasella was one of the things, the other stuff hasn't been confirmed and I don't even know if it will be happening but I'm still not allowed to talk about it! hmmpfff!!

Guys, please go to my new photo album and vote for the pic you think I should use as my 'journo' pic for the contributions I'm doing. www.facebook.com/album.php?aid=341800&id=557755389 I'd really appreciate your input!
