Had quite a busy day today. Went to The Foodlover's market in Centurion, can you believe I've never been! I WAS THERE FOR AN HOUR AND A HALF!!!! That place is incredible. Got the most incredible rump steak for R60 p/kg and Risotto rice for R30 a kg. Usually it's like R55 p/kg! Then I went to Metro with a fashion student I met over the weekend. She is making me 2 maxi-dresses and I am SOOO excited! I'm going to a wedding in March and she's making me the most gorgeous dress. She's asking me R80 per dress and I just had to buy the material myself. I got quite expensive stretch sequins (R100p/m) and silk chiffon for R60p/m and still both dresses are costing me less then R450 each. I paid R500 for a dress at Donna Claire the other day!!! I'm so super excited to see them.

I am quite proud of myself, I think I'm really doing well on my diet at the moment (with the exception of eating 3 Maraschino Cherries last night lol). I'm only drinking lemon water, not even coke zero and I haven't been eating anything during the day other than my shakes and vitamins. I really want to look my best (well my best that I can achieve in 3 weeks) when I go to CT. I don't think the other bloggers like me (new kid on the block winning 2 awards) so I want to be beautiful and funny and friendly! Best I start working on my personality then hey? lol

Okay attempt number 2 after short power failure so hope I get to finish a quick post.

All the kids are looking so grown up now and looking more adorable than ever. And Zee's decor is stunning. No doubt that Jessica felt very special on the day.

Nicole: when it comes to driving practise practise thats all one can say. It gets better with time. Your feelings and fears are quite normal it comes with learning how to drive.

Okay dont know if you ladies would remember but just wondered how many driving lessons you ladies went for and were you able to drive before you actually went for the lessons?

I went for my 6th lesson today and still feel like i have so much to learn and that i am not learning quick enough. My downfall as my instructer has said is that i start panicking when there is alot of traffic around, which is actually preventing me from moving further, when im in a quiet area i drive well (just need to work on petrol control). Feeling quite despondent and just wish i got the knack of it now. Had to learn the 3 point turn today and parrallel parking which is still need practice on..........okay enough moaning from me just feel so "urg" about it at the moment.

ladies K loves colouring in/scribbling now. Last night he sat for 30min straight colouring in his toystory colouring book. He had finished all his pages so there was no more space to scribble and he started crying searching for another book to colour in with. So going grocery shopping today so going to buy a few books and more crayons
