Hi ladies

Pfairy wow exciting times!! Good luck with all the final preps. Wishing you and your family a safe trip.xxxx

Zee not to long now wow!!! How are you feeling? When do you go in for the C-Secion? I hope you get some rest today!!!

Julz have a safe trip! Hope you enjoyed your time with the boys last night. Your ENT sounds great, defintaly one in a million!!!!!

Simone we bought the car second hand - from the dealership it had 20,000km on the clock so they knocked R100,000.00 of the value. We got it a few months ago, i think in march/april. I love it. We got it with a full 3 years maintainence plan so was definatly worth the buy.

afu, we are all alright, had a little problem with K's teacher and its because she doesnt have a sense of humor or she is to sensitive. But anyways thats all sorted now.

hi hi girls

this will be my last post from South Africa. next post will be from Aus.

sjoe, the last few weeks was really hectic. but hey, we are nearly there. my last day at work was on monday. I feel so bad, it was my farewell and I drank a tranquilizer the morning. just to calm me down, because I know I will cry the whole time. and there I sat and everybody cry, but me. I just couldn't cry. I fell so bad, but I did explain.

Crown removals arrived yesterday. they pack everything and are really organised. colour coded stickers and little truck boxes for the children. Tomorrow the container will arrive and then our furniture will go on a cruise for 6 weeks.

our flight is next wednesday at 11:20 the evening. the company is renting us a flat till the furniture arrive. it's a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom flat. very nice. but so expensive. $1600 a week - about R12 000 a week. luckily they are paying for that.
Me and the children decided that the 6 weeks will be our holiday. we will start school next year again. we deserve a little rest now.

Zee, can't believe you're about to get another baby. wow time is really flying. If I can't reply on FB, congrats and I'm thinking of you.

and to everybody else having a Bday, etc. Congrats.

love you all

bye

D

Hi ladies

Well, I took Z to see the Lion King in 3D. First she refused to put the glasses on because it is ugly - obviously it is not pink and doesn't sparkle ... Then she cried when she saw the hyenas insisting that I take her home right away since "dis 'n lelike lelike fliek". So there we went ... So no more 3D movies in our distant future, and man I love it, really wanted to see it. But ja, in retrospect maybe she is too little for the darker scenes, luckily we were out before the buffalo stampede. That could've resulted in long term trauma!

Any hoo, Simone, the car is gorgeous! Congrats! Good luck with the bday shopping, really glad that I've got it done. Now, I only need to get the sweets for the party packs. We are only having family and close friends over, with the baby and all I can't do that much and our house won't allow more than a few people. She will still enjoy it though!

Julz, good luck with all the last packing and the trip.. Your ENT sounds great.

Helen, sorry about the bad time you are having. Just hope you can get better now and rest a bit! Hope your dad's prognosis won't be bad and that he will still be able to lead a quality life.

Ally, ahh fame! Enjoy the programme, we are all so proud of you!

Nicole, hope the molar will appear soon so that K can get back to his old self. Good luck with the toy sorting, I need to send Z away when I get into her box. With her I can't throw away anything!

Mandy, so glad that you finally found a place. Good luck with the packing, hope the move will be painless :) And enjoy your holiday! So thrilled that the scan went well and that your baby is healthy.

Poor Vix, she must be so tired with the sick babies! Hope C is much better today.

Time is really flying by, can't believe it that I will have a baby by this weekend! I'm a bit apprehensive about the c sec but I know how my normal "experience" went so I should be thankful that I know what is waiting for me this time around at least! Weird that this baby has dropped so early whilst little madam refused to make her entrance ...

Oh I love my new hairdresser. She did a really good job! Lucky. Cost me alot but worth it. Blonde hair has to be done well.

Let me finish packing. Want to have a nice night with the guys tonight and not have to rush around.

Simone love the car!!!!!!!

Helen I am so sorry for everything you are going through. My thoughts are with you and your family. There is so much they can do for parkinson's these days, but it is still a very troubling diagnosis.

I am also sorry to hear the kids are not well and that you are not healthy yet. I truly hope you get there soonest.

Ally wow great expectations. that is awesome.

Vix how are the kiddies now?

Many whoooohoooo on the house. It sounds wonderful!

I must share. I think I have the most amazing ENT ever. Firstly he didn't charge for Dylan's last consult as he said I had given him plenty of money already and I had brought him repeat business. (He has a wicked sense of humour). After my first op he called two nights in a row to see how I was which is unheard of! Then neil refused to have Dylan's op as you know. I called yesterday to set up an appointment with him and explained Neil's concerns to his receptionist and the doc actually called me last night to chat. He asked about me and said that it is a good idea to bring Dyaln again and Neil and he can talk etc and he would have a look at me to make sure I am okay too. Honestly he is so nice.

Mandy you asked about my sil. they refused to go for the amnio and then they found that issue on the scan that is a soft marker for downes. Anyway they had tests done on themselves as it is also a soft marker for Cystic fibrosis. It turns out that she carries the gene, but my brother is clear so that is great. They will go for another scan next week I think. Lets hope all is okay. I so hope they can realx a bit and enjoy the rest of the pregnancy.
