Morning ladies

Oh Vix you have the book. Cool!So will run recipes by you before I try it out! lol

its been a slow week in terms of weight loss...BUT something had been up with my stomach. Last night it got so bad I was saying my final prayers...lol. It was so painful..I thought maybe I had an ulcer that I never knew about and it was bursting! lol

I've also been retaining water...so the scale actually put me UP 1kg this week and I was really down about it, because it is TOTALLY unjustified! But still I pushed on...ate properly, execised 4 nights this week.

And this morning I finally cracked the 6kgs mark...my weight loss is 6.1kgs. I do think by tomorrow i'll be down at least another 500gm-1kg as since last night the water is finally coming out! (TMI SORRY!!)

Yoza...me too...that's the problem..I am a hotel kinda gal! lol. And those are expensive!!!! But I am a prokard member...the car rental I am getting at a good price and then hopefully there'll be specials at protea hotels as the months go on.
