Vix i totally agree with re: my mom bf creating all the bad vibes, just wish she could see it. My aunt and her daughter (10) love watching him so at least i will be nice and relaxed

Ohhhhh the twins and C's christmas outfits sound toooooo cute I CANT WAIT TO SEE When christmas goodies come out i must get K another christmas hat This year want to put more decorations out, plus put fariy lights out on the patio loooove Chrismas

Vix - I'm so so sorry I'm one of the guilty who cancelled on the day, I'd originally said yes when she phoned but only later realised I had a friend's 30th high tea, I didn't have Karen's number or anything so had to wait for the invite and then to be honest it slipped my mind and then every time I did remember that I hadn't let her know yet it was some inappropriate time (like 3am in the morning!), I kept saying to Theo the whole of last week that I MUST phone Karen but I still didn't remember. I felt awful on Saturday because I hate it so much when people do that to me, especially when you go to so much trouble to cater for everyone. I'm so sorry for the effort your friend went to and for the disappointment

Ally - That's so sad about that girl, becoming a mum changes how you think and feel about everything.

Nicole - I'm sorry to hear about your brother, it must be so difficult for your SIL.

Julz - ooo that dress looks lovely There is so much more variety available overseas than what you can get here. And as for your India trips, I'm jealous, sounds like you're going to be busy up until Christmas!

Lisha - We also have a child that wakes earlier on the weekends, especially Sundays usually He's waking at about 5.30am most days, he's always woken up as the sun rises (so at least in winter he sleeps later). Some morningws its earlier as some stupid neighbour has decided a peacock makes a nice garden pet and the damn thing caws at all ungodly hours of the morning and if its slightly light Oliver thinks that means its time to get up.

I have a scan tomorrow so it'll be nice to see how the LO is growing, I think its still probably huge, I feel massive, my mum saw me on Skype last night and said wow, its not a bump but a lump! I'm so round lol. If he decides to schedule me a C-sec it'll be 6 weeks today - I am so not ready!

Looks like we have more drain problems at home so we'll have to do some digging over the weekend - oh the joys of being home owners, looks like a tree root has probably grown through the pipe but will only know for sure once we dig.

Otherwise all of us are suffering with a stinking cold, Oliver started with it yesterday and both Theo and I have woken up with terrible runny noses today...not nice in this heat!

Ahh, i made C a red satin shirt and shorts Christmas outfit and yesterday picked up the embroidery for the twins Christmas rompers, I'm so excited now, they will have little red satin rompers that say 'Alexanders 1st Christmas' and 'Jonathan's 1st Christmas' on the front, I'm going to take pics of C holding the twins and send them off to the family! Cute, can't wait to have my 3 boys here for Christmas! we're not doing anything at all this year, maybe my mum will come down, not too sure but otherwise it'll just be us 5 chilling out!

Nicole that is why I don't ask friends. I feel to bad etc so I have a prof babysitter that we pay and that way I have no worries.

Luckily Dylan's daymom is still prepared to babysit for us which is fabulous. Well the daughter anyway. Dylan adores her.

Ally that is why the dress is so amazing. You can wear it anyway you like. Same dress many styles. Flip it is expensive but I would like to save for a black one. My sister is paying thankfully.

Dylan is very good at night. We choose to go and read him a story every night, but as soon as the story is finished we switch lights off and Dylan and I sing a bit and then he turns over and goes to sleep. No fuss.

Nicole- your mum hasn't been available the last few times and after the BF wedding saga i would also have asked someone else so i think it's understandable to ask your aunt!

Your mum must realize if her BF has issues with her babysitting on your wedding day of all days your gonna find someone else to babysit! Sorry but her BF is what is causing the bad feelings if you ask me!

It is cold and miserable here today!

Sho my mother confuses me like crazy, i havent had a babysitter for over 9 months because the few times i asked my mom she always said no - other plans etc. So now i finally decide to ask my aunt and her daughter to come to our place on Sat night so DH and I could go for supper and a movie and she said no problem.now my mom & aunt stay together in big house, the thing is everytime we go there K screams the house down and I really want to enjoy myself Saturday night without any worry if K is happy or not. So spoke to my mom on the phone now and told her I had asked my aunt to watch K and she asked where so i said at my place and then she went all quiet and when she did speak it was in a offish tone?????? The thing is if i worry about everyone elses feelings i will never get a night out and after the wedding saga with her bf i was so not going to leave K with him.
