Morning ladies,

Zee- HUGE congrats on the good night! Wow! The big bed thing is really making a difference to most!

Ally- I'm sure it's probably too late now but if you've got colouring pens or paints in the house just decorate the eggs by hand and spray them with hairspray. You busy busy lady but it sounds like things are really starting to work out so well for you! You're gonna need a holiday once all this hecticness is over! Aren't you guys going away at christmas? I think it will be just about the right timing! Xx

The pain just seemed to get worse as the evening went on so I had a hot bath at 8 then got into bed. I don't think it's from the physical movements of the babies but just the constant pressure pushing the organs up into my ribcage. It's like a sore aching feeling, horrible but I'll try to stop complaining about it because I'm sure it'll last the whole 11w I have left.

Tomorrow I have to pick my mum up in pretoria and bring here back here for the day then drop her back in the evening so lots of driving and running around. Man I wish my mother could drive, but it's probably safer for the rest of the world if she never gets behind the wheel of a car!

Lisha- any news from your grans xray?

We seem to have a huge gap between birthdays from the sept to the Oct ones, almost no babies were born in the 1st half of Oct.

OR if no one is available to meet up for coffee then could someone suggest a nice place to go to with Bryce as a outing?

Morning ladies

Hope you had such a good night like I had! Z was very excited about the bed and probably got in it four or five times last night, eventually (just past 8) i took her to bed and lied next to her. After she pulled about 10 of my hair strands out, she drifted off to sleep. This morning I woke up and I thought, oh my goodness, my child slept through! I went to her room, and saw that she took her left over Milo during the night ... I went to the kitchen and in she bounced a couple of minutes later with a big smile. So I'm really chuffed. May this continue!

Any hoo, Nicole, Z is not big on breakfast but she eats healthy at lunch and dinner. She is really picky in the morning and she still refuses porridge. She hates it.

Nicole, I dont see an email in my personal messages so here goes..

The grommets and the tonsils were both positive things for us. We had to have the two ops separately and both went fabulously. What you should know is on the day of the op, one of the hardest parts for us is waiting for your turn. basically they do the youngest baby first and to the oldest, so for cams adenoids and tonsils recently we only had the op at about 11 and had to be there from 6am..

For the grommets it tiny little plastic rings that they place into the ear so its an easier op than the tonsils, the tonsil removal is obviously removing a part from the child - but apparently the tonsils are one of a ring of 7 lymph tissues so when they remove them they do leave others in.

We were so lucky that cameron did not actually show signs of pain or discomfort after either op, in fact is was harder to keep him calm and not let him jump and and down etc while recovering..

IN both instances for us, cameron was sick less after the ops, so for the ears and the throat, he seems better off and I would do it again if i had to..

anyway ask any specific questions if you need to as I could go on and on, or if you want to call me that might be better for us to talk it through.. i will pm my cell to you tomorrow

OMG I am so exhausted. I scanned through the posts but my brain is like a colander tonight.

The lunch was really fab. Met the editors of some really great magazines and the girl from Living&Loving wants me to meet their editor so I can maybe help them jazz up their food section!

I still have the cheesecakes, spinach muffins and carrot cake to bake. And I completely forgot to clean the patio so I need to do that too. ANNDDD the FARKING eggs didn't want to take the colour for the Easter Egg Tree, so I have NO idea what to do now for decoration.
