afm, we had an okay night , but K was up at 05:00 this morning i wasnt a very happy mommy. His eyes have cleared though which i am very happy about, plus it doesnt seem that his ear is bothering him at all. I am so proud of him though as in the evenings he has to take his anti-biotic, allergy medicine and cortizone syrp and his such a good boy about it, just comes and lies on my lap and opens his mouth when he see's the orange syringe The only thing thats worryin me is he started coughing so badly last night, but i think its from post nasal from the allergies (he is constantly sneezing) and this morning he was coughin nearly every 2 mins, if he is still bad these evening i might stay at home with him tomorrow as i cant afford for him to get worse.

First a quick pat on the back for myself...I have reached my first weight loss goal...and now weigh less than I have in over a year! I have lost 5.3kgs so far! I am so super chuffed with myself!!! I know I have dropped alot of cm's but sadly I never took my measurements...but my nightie is so loose and long now...my panties and bras are fitting so nicely. For the first time I actually can envision that I am going to succeed this time and lose all the weight I have set out to lose!

Ok...Zee...YAY ON GREAT NIGHT!!! If there is anybody that deserves it...its you!! I really hope miss Z keeps it up!

Vix...its C's bday next hey? Are you doing anything?

Jessica I think its really sad that SIL is not coming to Bryce's party...she's being an effing buffoon! It's actually upsetting that she doesn't understand re: chicken pox!

Lisha...I hope your stubborn gran will start looking after herself!

Yoza...maybe speak to paed...because what could be wrong with Buhle?? I usually found when we went through erratic sleep patterns that Addy had an ear infection.

Vix: Ditto about birthday gap i was thinking the same thing yesterday. Maybe the pain your having is the pressure of carrying two little ones. Im not sure doll what could be the problem. But im hoping the lil ones stay in much longer. Just like simone i cannot get over that your having two babas and boys. your trully blessed

Zee: I am so happy that miss lil miss SA is sleeping thru. She better keep it up for mummy. Siba is still enjoying playschool. he has not been going this week cause of the flu. He is much better now. I did say piwe can take him today so that she can rest as she has cold


Buhle is driving me crazy she just does not want to sleep. She wakes up moaning at night. I thought the massage would help but nope she still wakes up. Now ladies this lil madam is on solids and also has protein and still has ner bottle at night. Its not like she is hungry. I have no idea what to do. Im sleep deprived I thought i had it bad with siba.

Julz: This weekend totally out for me. Im submitting my thesis next week so i have to finalise this weekend. Im only available last week of october.

Lisha: I hope gran recovers fully.

ja, Vix, I know she's being completely pathetic now & thats why when DH told me this I packed up laughing!!! LOL

And WRT to staying away from people that are sick - yes I'm doing my best.

I'm going to be off tomorrow aswell, keeping Bryce at home for a few days with middle-ear infection to let him recover properly.

Jess- what today? I would usually but I'm saving the last bit of fuel I have for running my mum up and down tomorrow and then I'm out til payday sorry! Not sure of many nice places to take kids, are you off work for the day?

Meant to say yesterday, your SIL is being pathetic, I think it's only responsible of you to stay clear of people who are sick with anything and now she has taken it to the extreme. Just be weary too, of anyone who has flu like symptoms, swine flu is doing the rounds again it seems, Maryke the other twin mommy in our group has been admitted with swine flu. Rather don't take the risk of coming into close contact with anyone who is sick with anything.

AFM we had a decent night. Shrey did wake up after 11 crying but we don't know why. Everytime he has a hectic day he has a miserable night. My mom had someone painting the garage yesterday so mhy curious child constantly wanted to be there. After some Calpol he fell asleep and woke again at 5 to come into our bed and slept again till 6.

My gran is recovering well, thanks to all of you for asking. The doc confirmed that she did havea mild stroke and he's putting her on meds to hopefully prevent another one. He's also increased her pressure meds as high BP is what caused the stroke.
