Oct/Nov 2008 mommies!

Cj's bedtime is 20:00! He is not really tired before 19:30, so I bath him at 19:30 and in bed by 20:00 or 20:15. Sometimes over weekends he tends to push it a bit, to 20:30 or 21:00, don't know why, maybe coz we are up later???

Thanks Julz, I am super excited. I must say Cj also has no fear, so for first while we would probably be in the garden the whole time - we are putting it up next to our lapa, so we can keep an eye on him through the sliding doors while sitting in the lapa.

Angie the jungle gym sounds super cool. That is a great price. I would love to get one but Dylan has noooooooooo fear and climbs up anything so it would mean I have to move into the garden!

Nicole - all K's prezzies sound so nice, and good on you for getting them in advance. I have to agree with Julz, if I buy CJ things, I immediately give it to him, as I can't wait that long.
We are getting CJ a wooden jungle gym, managed to save up enough for it, as we decided to get it last year already. They will be installing it the last week in Oct, so he will have it before his B-day, then also just getting him something like art set, puzzles and new books to give to him on his B-day. I am going to send a pic of the wooden jungle gym that were getting, we got it for a special price R 5500.00, which I think is extremely good, as the wooden ones a very expensive!

Ahh, ladies I wish I lived in Gauteng, so that I could also meet all of you and be at baby shower Sunday! I would really love seeing and meeting all of you! When I come to PTA again, I'll let you guys know, maybe we can set up a meet?

AF plans for weekend - not doing much, my parents are here, they flew back from CT and decided to visit for 2 days before driving back home, they are leaving on Saturday. Then it will be us relaxing for the rest of the weekend!

Hi ladies

dylan woke at 1 this morning but luckily went back to sleep. i had a shocking dream about Niel having internet sex. You know when a dream is so real you wake up so cross you can't speak to the person. Well that is how I felt and my throat was so raw from this damned flu I could at least blame it on that. I will tell him later and have a good laugh.

Nicole we put dylan down at about 7 45. Also too late actually. I should start the routine at 7 rather so must make more effort. At the moment we bath him at 7 30 then he climbs into bed and has a bottle and we read him a story and he usually goes to sleep when we are done and switch off the light. We don't use a night light but leave the bathroom light on.

I also don't have dstv.

Christi that finger sounds really sore but I am glad that it looks better. x

I am so jealous of you for Sunday. I have a party tomorrow afternoon then spa treatment on sunday morning followed by a picnic with the two men in my life so nice and relaxing. Must visit my gran tomorrow.

I guess I'm lucky then as Bryce is game-over by 18h30 every night. On the odd occastion he'll only pass out at 19h00.

NIcole the twins go to bed between 07h45 and 08h15 every night. If they are super exhausted we start getting them ready for bed at 19h30 but that almost never happens. We usually change their nappies, give them teething stuff and give them their bottles at 20h00. We just turn the light off (night light on) and then leave the room. They also know that's their bed time though, they usually come with their teddies and blankies and ask for their botties.
