hi ladies quick hello going to eat now and then hit the books

simone lea goes to bed at 7/7.30 - but we have kept her up as late as 9 to see if it makes differance but irellavant of bedtime earlier or later she is slept out by 4.30 and I HATE it as u feel sooooo tired rest of day if up that early but brett is waking for her but now xen is starting to wake 5.30 too after waking twice at night too so i reckon my kids are just terrible sleepers

Lisha: She was her usual self. Managed to wake up once at night.

I am thinking of weaning her of the breast. I have been BF for six months ive started exercising and hoping my milk production decreases and the taste changes as well so that she looses interest.

I hear if you exercise the milk becomes sour im hoping that happens and i stop BF.

It was so difficult leaving them behind but i could not afford to travel with them. it would have been expensive and piwe is good with them.

She was glad to get her night sleep back. the night wakings were getting a bit much she said.

Ally- just a quick one, this email from you about the Mac is it. Genuine or is it a case of email fraud? I certainly didn't click the link because I never trust these emails but just thought if it was something dodgy you might want to let people know about it?
