Sleep wise...I am reaching the end of my rope. She wakes up crying and cryin. inconsolable. very angry. Seems to be nightmares. She even hits herself in the face. I can see its exhausting her as well to wake up like this...so no idea what to do. Need to email paed.

Luckily window didnt cost alot. Under R100 and Gerard and my brother put it in themselves. I kept asking the guy about thicker glass but he kinda just ignored me So hopefully madam will not attempt that again! Scary though it was a window right next to a LARGE window...so had she been 1m to the right...big trouble.

Ara I suggest you chat to your gp. They will know who to send lo to.

My therapist has said on numerous occasions that the book " between parent and child" is simply the best parenting book out there. Been around for ages but deal with dicipline etc in a kind but effective way. I have finally ordered it and will let you know how it goes.
