Re: car seat...do you have barney cd's? Car dvd player. Otherwise I give her a dish of sweets...whatever it takes to get her to sit in. We used to have problems...she was terribly stubborn and I thought she would hate it forever...but now she sits, no problems. Some times i dont even give her anything.

Once in a while she will start getting hot and ask to come out after a long drive...and i'll take her out around the corner from the house, but this is very rare.

Other shorter trips to the shop she gets buckled in with a normal seat belt.

Good luck...you need to be persistent. Try and make it seem fun or like a game. Maybe see if there is a Barney dvd advocating the use of seatbelts...I know there is on the music cd we have, but no pics so obviously a bit harder to illustrate.

Ara we are fine thanks. Shrey has adapted to weaning very well. I like you feel very sad and although we're still very close I miss that bonding time terribly BUT it's nice to have my body back for me and now I just wait for the fast to be over before I crack open a new bottle of wine and hopefully get drunk
The fast is going well for me thanks but dh is feeling it ... complaining that his tummy is not fairing well through it all ... think he is just being lazy to finish off the fast and he may just last till this coming weekend only
Glad E is eating and drinking well now. Re the carseat, Shrey doesn't get an option either, he will get in kicking and screaming if we have to. A box of smarties or a lollipop usually does the trick for the odd occassion that he does cry.

Hi Ara: Siba also does not have a choice in actual fact he enjoys being on his car seat cause he knows that he will travel.

Simone: I must say hubby farts a lot. When siba hears a big sound he just looks and laughs. I really laughed at Addy and G story.

So one of the organisers just phoned me, he needs to do a tv interview on Wednesday and he wants me to go with lol. I can't believe it!! Will divulge more when I have more info. Just know it will be on E-tv for now.
