hi Ladies

Sorry I have been mia for some time. Dylan wasn't well and I kept him home on Thursday, then on Friday I took him to school with the intention of making an appointment with the paed but when I got there his teacher and I decided that I would rather take him home as his fever had returned. Got to see the doc Friday morning and it turns out Dylan has an ear infection and tonsilitis. Shame I had no idea and he was running around the reception at the paed. He is thankfully on the mend and his molars are about to come out.

Hopefully better nights for us.

I now have a fever and have been in bed all day so lets hope it is over tomorrow. Got a really hectic week.

Vix I am thrilled that your babies are both doing so well. xxx

Vix - aaah man!! I don't even know where to begin except obviously by saying THANK YOU a MILLION times over!!!! I got the bunting today and its absolutely stunning - I couldn't have asked for better!!! You're a star!! I owe you a BIG box of chocolates for that!!

Vix, I am so glad the twins are growing so well. I was also always so chuffed when the dr said my twins were growing as well as singletons. Shame and then other twin moms just aim to get their twins to 1kg each. When I was 32 weeks the twins had reached 1.2kg each and the dr was so happy with that. I'm sure you'll carry till 38 weeks easily!

Thanks for the belly comments guys, not too bad for 2 fat babies in there but uncomfortable none the less.

So I am on top of the world today after my gynae appointment. He was so happy with the tweenies growth, they are both measuring spot on 24w so the smaller one has now caught up to the earlier concieved one. He said I am so healthy and my body is carrying the twins as well as a singleton pregnancy. My BP is nice and low 120/60. He said it's very normal for one twin to start to trail behind in growth from around this time but he is over the moon to see they are both steadily growing at the same rate as a singleton pregnancy which shows I'm obviously eating well enough and relaxing well enough. His face was a picture, he actually measured each head 3 times to check he had it right because he was so shocked to see equal growth LOL. He said not to worry about the spotting because it was after intercourse that will show it was the actualy penetration that caused it but as it was so little and everything looks so good we are fine to continue on for the next month doing the deed. But he said I must just give it a little rest in between each time (ha ha ha I nearly fell off the bed because once a month is great for us anyways LOL) But really it feels so good to get such great news today, I am truely on top of the world. Feels a little sad to be so ecstatic about my own news after SexyHexy's bad news just 2 days ago but really a huge relief for myself and DH about the tweenies. They have moved a little so now both are lying transverse (head up) one under each rib (yes it is ouch!) Which will explain the constant kicking on top of my cervix and the occasional incontinance (which is very occassional but still not nice)

The scan pics are terrible because they are just becoming too big to actually get a good view of each one but that to me is just fine as long as they are getting big I'm one seriously happy mommy!
