Vix: I have to laugh at C pic. Do you know in the rural villages back home we use cow poop for cleaning. ( we say in Xhosa ukusinda ngobulongwe benkomo) And there is nothimg gross about it. When you grow up doing it its the most natural thing ever. You will find people coming to our house asking for it. We also harden it (cow poop) to burn fire which is used for baking bread outside.

The cow poop is used by families that are really backward and those that struggle. for us its more of us not really wanting to modernise our rural home. there are certain things that we still want to preserve. Oh its quite fun when using it for cleaning.

I think C will fit in at our house LOL.

Nayeela, definitely R8-R10 for the butter icing ones. And yes, I use Wooden spoon. Great neutral flavour and SO cheap!

Simone, there are people on Twitter (other bloggers and other bloggers' fans) that are saying this one lady got robbed (which she did, she's amazing!) and that it's turned into a popularity contest and it's not about quality posts etc. Then one lady said the top 2 in almost every category are non-deserving. Nothing to me directly but the popularity contest thing was aimed at our category. I just can't believe the bitter-ness of some people. I've only been blogging for a year, yes, but I still work my ass off at it. And it can't be a popularity contest with me because the other bloggers that were in the top 10 are much more popular. I just think I have a damn good blog and people like the look of it. I got very upset but now I'm over it. They're just jealous!
