So i made the decision to cancel the place i have asked to do the cake as a lady i know used them and wasnt entirely happy with the results, so i have contacted another lady who is going to do a vanilla or choc sponge with either buttercream icing or marzipan with a decorative yellow rose on top with organza yellow ribben around the cake, i feel alot more happy with this lady, estimated cost is also around 500, but seeing her on wed for definate price and choice of the above stuff.

Any advice ladies regards the marzipan or buttercream??

It is sooo cold here today, cant wait to see my little man, hope he is not to miserable, he was quite restless last night crying in his sleep etc.

Thinking about getting some takeaways for supper, both DF and I are not feeling well so dont feel like cooking, maybe i will just make something simple like chicken burgers and wedges.

Julz I didn't get 100% pashmina's for myself either, couldn't justify the price and honestly didn't know who would rip us off and charge hectic price for anything less than 100% lol. But at a craft market in Hyderabad I think they explained the differences to us but it gets very expensive the further south you go.

I am super excited.

The pead checked the report and he is happy. Now we wait for the blood and urine tests. Siba is starting playschool tomorrow how awesome is that. The nice thing is that its a walking distance from our house. I think hubby is more excited than me.

As for buhle she is growing so nicely. I just took her for her 6month check up. The pead is not worried about the weight did not even comment. As for her developmental milestones gave me a leture not to compare my babies as if i ever do. i suppose its because buhle is doing great. She is babbling more sounds like dadadada bababba and she as discovered her feet puts them in the mouth too cute. And yes she claps her hands and has slightly started pushing herself backwards. The pead said we can start her on meat.

we had a lovely weekend. I actually got almost drunk for the first time since before Addison. my friend's fiance also surprised her with a sushi chef at her bday party....it was divine! Sadly there was alot left over cause the man just kept making more and more...and even i could only eat so much. but we had a blast and the most fun I have had in ages...even though I was heartsore about leaving my baby at home.

We had an awesome night..Addison slept a straight 12 hours...not so much as a peep for a bottle or anything.

Also she is so cute...if I sneeze in the room and she is in the lounge she shouts 'bless you mama'. Yesterday she was watching tv and Gerard sneezed in kitchen so she yelled 'bless you dada'. She's done it forever...but usually if we are infront of her...so when she hears she still knows to say bless u. To cute!

Zee i need to teach Addison to respect books. She loves them, but does tear and write in them:-(
