OMG, Abigail keeps coming in here saying "Eina..Fuck!" What on earth!!! Ok, I can't really be that upset, she heard it from me. Now we just keep saying "Is the FROG eina?" Coz she keeps saying 'f*ck" for the frog in her book. OMG OMG OMG OMG!!

so i had a good chuckle yesterday, i made R120 profit out of PnP LOL

i bought some PnP rice krispies and they tasted awful! we tried 3 types of milk and every time they tasted sour, so i phoned to lay a complaint and they said i could return them for a double your money back guarentee. i went yesterday but the store manager was a real prick and took to telling me i was wrong and he would give a refund but not double my money back so i phoned head office and told them how this guy completely humiliated me at the till points in front of workers and customers, stuffing the popped rice in his mouth telling me there is nothing wrong with it. (o.k i actually wasn't humiliated but that's besides the point) so as I'm speaking to the lady at head office i feel this wave of emotion and i start to cry (I'm really not that upset just angry but i guess hormones helped) and the lady was so apologetic and phoned the store manager. He was instructed to give me my double money back guarantee, but again chose to question my integrity and argue with me as to whether there was anything wrong with the product. I had 2 boxes but only opened one so he told me he will only refund for 1 because there was nothing wrong with the box i hadn't opend so.........you're gonna love the vision of this fat doubly preggy hormonal fairy and what she did next...................... i stood in front of him, took back the un opened box, ripped it open and said as loud as possible, "there, i can see i returned 2 OPENED boxes of bad quality product for which i deserve DOUBLE my money back guarantee but i feel for this TERRIBLE service and attitude you provide i should rather get triple my money back" . Needless to say i got double my money back.

Man i was raging! After i phoned HO and they told him to just give the refund he should've just given me the refund and quietly let me go on my way but NOOOOOOO because he decided to fight again he saw the sharp end of my tongue! LOL

I was so angry all the way home, then i stopped at the postbox and there was a registered letter, confused i took it to the post office to collect and it was a gift card for R80 LOL if i had gone to the post box first i probably wouldn't have returned the product but as it happens i was refunded R160 in total for having spent R40 LOL

there is one down side to having an over protective Afrikaans hubby! I physically had to stop him from climbing in his car to go 'sort out' this store manager LOL I'm serious! He wants to go ask the guy to treat him the way he taught me, i told him no ways, i don't need that nonsense, it won't help, besides the guy is a 50 something old guy, just now he has a heart attack LOL

Still trying to decide if i will actually lay an official complaint against the store manager for his bad attitude and service. Might just tell DH i did it to get him off my back and leave it at that.

Lwasi- yay, i see you can log in again now, i think it was problems with the websites new server because a few people complained of not being able to log in. everything seems to be back up and running now though. When do you go to Pakistan? it was Pakistan right?

Simone- hiiiii here i am, sorry i was busy yesterday cleaning all the toys, took me forever but i was tired of looking at dirty and broken toys so i took everything including bikes and walkers outside and scrubbed it all down. It's now clean and organized again, well probably only for today til C gets his grubby hands on them again. I also wanted to wash all the smaller baby toys and pack them away for the twins.

Helen- looking forward to seeing some scan pics today, it's about time we started a guessing game on the sex i think!

Julz- wow what an experience to stand in front of the Taj Mahal! You must really be enjoying your trip already! Sorry your bed is empty but enjoy the full nights sleeps! I'm so pleased you can keep in touch with us whilst you're away, it's like you're never gone! xxxx

Lelani- really crappy of your brother but as for the Chanel thing here is my view: phone your brother and give him a mouthful but....... if it really looks like you're now not going and Chanel is not going to be flower girl maybe you should just tell her you won't be able to make it to the wedding. Remember she is still so young and being told that she is no longer wanted as a flower girl might actually be too much rejection for her, rather explain you won't be able to travel all the way up on that weekend. Sometimes honesty is not always the best policy. That said i hope giving your brother a mouthful makes him realize what he has done and send you an invite and include Chanel as a flower girl again. Really shitty of him to ask his parents to pay for his wedding, in my view if money is offered then fine but no adult should be needing to ask his struggling parents to help pay for his 'fun' day.

C still fits in last years shorts because the only thing that has grown is his legs and i bought a few 2-3 years summer T's for R9each so he will survive summer, I'm sure he'll spend most of it naked in the garden if i know my boy well enough. rather spend my money on a good sun block LOL

Helen- about the pool, we filled ours up last weekend and already by this weekend we had to re fll it because it was too low for the weir. I'm going to say we lost over an inch if not more like 2 inches in the past week and we definitely don't have a leak. It is evaporation, we used to think the dogs drinking from it made it go even faster but now we have the net the only explanation is evaporation. We hardly touched it in winter so there is no leak.

Ladies I am not ure if you will be interested in me showing you Amu pics when he was born and before and after the operation I have them on my PC now. I havent shown you any of those pics, you can tell me though.


I have great news, I applied for a post at the Vaal University of Technology for a post that deals with student exchange programme, helping them apply for Visas, research for new exchange partners etc, that kind of stuff. AND THEY CALLED ME FOR AN INTERVIEW NEXT WED. I am so excited, any of you ladies know anything regarding this subject please enlighten me, I need all the infor I can get to get this post ladies I want it.

Its going to be close to home and I will be able to finally build my granny a house, Ok it still not much salary hike but its so much better than what I am getting here and also the convenience of bieng closer to home.

Pakistan: the course starts on the 27 Sept in Islamabad, but to tell the truth was kind of starting to not want to go duee to floods and my Amu but thern again its for the betterment of my career aas well as I am still in so much debt the advance money that they are going to give will really help here and there. I am still going cos I was assured and re-assured that the floods are nowhere near where I am going and that training plans are still running smoothly.

Addison took forever to sleep tonight! My word I wanted to throttle her...all smiling and chatty while she's supposed to be asleep like an hour ago! Eventually I just up and left the room and I hear her go 'i see u mama'...i just walked on ready to explode and Gerard went in and she was fast asleep! At last!

Okay so today was a long hard day after I got to bed at 1 this morning. Was up at 5 for our trip to the Taj Mahal.

It took us 4 hours to get there by taxi and it was so beautiful. Surreal to stand infront of it.

going to have an early night tonight. Got a king size bed which is super comfy and nobody to share it with. Nice to get some rest though.
