Helen- good luck with the container. I can't believe you're so far along already! Time really does fly!

I think especially as I'm only having boys I am going to call my Vjay 'mommys lady' because we always used to say AF was our 'ladies' and it at least is fairly polite and if he declares in public that he saw my lady no one would be too wise to it.

Ally- I keep forgetting, I'm sure you have it covered already but have you got business cards and or fliers with your website and blog address? I always think these demonstrations are great but they leave me with a lot of questions after so people can take your details and check out your website for more info.

I think it's great that we all have such a great relationship now that even people who loose us for a while can fit right back in as if they have been here everyday. Not many topics where people are like that.

Morning :)

Not sure how far I'll get as we're busy at work and expecting a 24tonne container any minute (there's only myself and Theo plus 2 workers so a container means all hands on deck) ;)

Wow you ladies chatted yesterday lol, tried to catch up as much as I could last night .

Carika - Hello! Glad the doc managed to diagnose the problem with Cathy and that it seems to have made such a difference, she really sounds like she wants to be a big girl now ;)

Julz - YAY on a better night!! Maybe now you're getting to the root of the problem...lets hope so!

Ally - Hope you get everything you need to get done today. Sorry but lol at not being able to sleep late...I know it must've been a b*tch being woken up tho when you're all comfy.

Vix - Your scan pics are cool and please don't compare, you are carrying twins, how can we not want to see?! And as for fanny and willy LMAO. We call Oliver's willy or winky or if I'm playing with him then I'll call it his wee willy winky lol (ok that sounds dodgy like I 'play' with his willy which obviously I don't but if he has a wee in the bath or something I'll call it his wee willy winky), we don't have a name for the girly parts yet...

Lisha - Love the invite, very creative. Hope Shrey is feeling a bit better this morning.

Simone - Lol at Addy eating anything off the floor but no rice on her chicken. These kids have strange ideas sometimes.

Nicole - Wow I can't believe how quickly time is flying, it certainly sounds like you are almost there with the wedding plans and not a bad budget at all ;)

Nelria - Hope the sickness is over for you guys, and ya on Lea sleeping so well, I hope we're blessed when this LO arrives and that it doesn't disrupt Oliver too much.

My mind is hitting a blank now, hello to everyone else and your little ones.

Can't wait for pay day, we only get paid on the last working day of the month and we are so broke already, can't believe we still have to make it through the weekend...

Oh and specials on nappies, it doesn't seem to be advertised but Pampers Active Jumbo packs were R135 at Makro yesterday.

Pregnancy is going fine, my right ribs are taking a battering lol, I think I might finally be picking up weight now but I'm not sure, it looks to me as though my hips have filled out a bit but I'll wait and see as we don't have scales at home. Started to write a list of all the things we'll need and most of it is basic stuff like breast pads, cotton wool, surgical spirits etc so hopefully it'll just be a few add ons to the normal shop in the next couple of months. Have to go back every 3 weeks for a scan now, thought I still had ages til the next one as it seems like only yesterday I had the last one but I checked my diary and I see its on Tuesday...time really is flying now, eeeek!

Anyways, I'd best get some work done ;) Have a lovely day

Leigh- I am so sorry to hear your devistating news, I can't begin to imagine how hard this must be for you. Xxx

Julz- woooo hoooo on the sleep through! I definately think the key is to look back at what changed around the same time as the sleeping problems started!

C slept through until 5, I gave him milk and put him back in bed and he slept til 7 and this morning we have a very happy everybody! Wow, what a difference a good night makes! So for me it's insisting he doesn't co sleep that is the key!

Lisha- I'm so pleased Shrey wasn't too sick with fever, maybe just an over worried Granny but let's hope the flu passes completely asap! Congrats on your sleeping progress, that's really great especially as he has always shared a bed and knows no different!

Carika- great news about Cathy's bottle! I'm sure she will get better soon, just bad timing with a cold just as you sort out the asthma issues! Typical!

I have great news this morning, Discovery agreed to pay 9 consultations and 2 scans out of the Hospital bennefit as part of the PMB's so I can save a bit of cash there because Dr wants to charge for 5 scans so now I only have to pay for 3!

Am off to Pretoria this afternoon with Elwyn, he must go to the factory so I'm going to go drink spritzers with my friend and try and sort out this baby shower that currently sounds like a mess.

Lisha glad your lil man is okay, he is definatly getting better re: sleeping in his cot!

Leigh, I am so sorry to hear about your uncle!!! I have no words, ((Hugs))) to you sweetie!

Ally grrrr on having to be waken up early!! You have a busy day ahead of you, enjoy!

Julz yay on Dylan sleeping through!!!!!!

Keiran spoke so nicely last night, he was playing with his cars by our sliding door and he said " I want to play mama" I was so shocked! and then about half an hour later he pointed outside and said "play outside", was so cute.

Although now everything with a tail and ears is a "puppy" no matter how many times I say its a horse, he shakes his head and says "no, puppy" lol.

Feeling a bit lost today. Found out last night that the spots on my uncle's liver are cancerous. So I don't think it will be treatable. My cousin told me that the tumour around his oesophugus will eventually close and he will not be able to eat at all. So just a bit numb. Plus the weather isn't so great outside so adds to my glumness.

Trying to decide what to do now, have some model work to do, plus some cupcakes for hubby but thats only later. Erin doesn't know what we must do either. Feeling demotivated.

Bothasig, Cape Town

Moved back from the UK 2.5 years ago. Missing my friends. Full time job - Mum. Part time cake baker and decorator - love it.

Hi ladies

Quick pop in.

Lisha glad the little man is okay and that he is sleeping in his own cot. That is a great start.

We had a fab night. My man slept through even with a leaky nappy. We didn't. We are so used to waking up that we both woke at 3. I mananged to go back to sleep but Neil didn't. Shame he must be exhausted. I used some teething gel and that might have helpd. he bites my fingers usually but when I open that tube he opens for me and allows me to rub his gums and there are def teeth under there. I also think it may be from his milk. We changed back to Isomil. I noticed a changed when I moved him back to S26 so Ann told me it may be that that is causing cramps and he is settling down now and actually eating more so maybe the s26 was too filling and he wasn't eating enough.

Ally good luck for today. Hope you have a nice stand.

Yoza how was hubby last night?

Mom of Dylan and Partner to Joerg. We live in the Beautiful Pringle Bay which is along the Whale coast, Cape.
