Oct/Nov 2008 mommies!

Hi Mommies. Man what a tough past few days its been. On Sunday night K woke around 10:00 and then just starting puking every where,df took of all the bedding and put new one one whilst I cleaned K up and tried to give him some water,he was sooo tired though so he fall back asleep for like 15 min then woke up vomiting again, so I got up with him and told dh to go back to sleep once he had changed the bedding again.

I sat with K from 11:00 until 03:00 the next morning and in this time he vomited two more times and had a runny tummy. He woke up the next morning okay but then Monday night he had a temp all night long. He woke up so lethargic yesterday morning and wasnt talking or respondin to anything so we quickly rushed him to doc who said he had tonsallities and he was lethargic due to body just wanting to rest etc. He is on quite strong anti-biotics for three days and thank goodness after his 2hr sleep yesterday he woke up a different child - playing, talking, singing et. He even at some toast for lunch and eggs and toast for supper (he refused mince). This morning he looks healthy again so have taken him to school but have asked them to phone me if he appears miserable.

Helen hope you feel better and glad Olivers bum is looking better again.

Mandy Im sure the op will help Cam. Hope he is doing better today?

Nelria I swear by Buscopan ... cramps used to be over within 30mins. Other than that I only tried telement drops which didn't help.

Had a bad night. Dylan didn't eat and didn't drink this morning which isn't a good sign. He woke at 3 and struggled to go back to sleep.

I am tired today. Had my shots on Sat though so it may be that that is making me soooooo sleepy.

We had a okay night but little rascal was very restless from about 4am. Then he was in such a bad mood the entire morning, his body did feel a bit warm so I told my mom to give him some Calpol after breakfast. Hope he isn't coming down with anything now.

Shrey is being so affectionate these days (he has phases) comes for a hug or a kiss every now & then ... so cute.
