Julz we also have a blanket below her and duvet on top. Seems to be working.

Cynthia says today Addy was tired so she said: cynthia tea please. And then went to lay on her bed, put blanket on her and went to sleep! Awesome! Even tonight I had to get something and when I got back she was trying to get her blanket over her and had her bottle in her hand.

Ok so anybody on fb will know how my day was. I don't even know what to say about the stupid situation. I never in a million years budgeted on spending 20c on this service cause I bought a cash maintenance plan! Now I have no idea how I am gonna fix my car. Complaints are great, but it won't fix my car tomorrow. I really can't believe these people...and maybe also how stupid I am that I didn't take the car in at 60000km even if service light was not on yet.

300km over....one week earlier and it would be a way different post:-(

Anyways...i'd can't mope. Colleague picking me up tomorrow cause I'm cooking breyani for lunch for staff...

Ooh our lovely sleep thru nights are great! I am still in shock! Been a week now.

hey gals

so went to the ears,nose, throat specialist today and he says its not really normal for a child of 20 months not to have had a dry nose at all and also that he always has his mouth open and cant use his nose to smell or breathe so he sent us for sinus exrays. He called me back after looking at the xrays saying he thinks cam has a combination of large adenoids, large tonsils and allergies and that he currently has sinusitus ( a cold which has infected his sinuses so they are inflammed)

I think i jinxed him last night after raving to you gals how well he was as he had a bad night, i went in to check on him as he was coughing and he was trying to sleep on his vommit! poor thing! so we cleaned him up and heard him cough a few times in the night. I took him to school after the doc and they said he didnt eat lunch was grumpy and battled to sleep due to cough - poor little thing and he clung to me like he only does when he is ill..

so anyhoo - glad the ent could prescribe antibiotics which he did since cam had a fever last night and on the way home from school!

so we have him on antibiotics and the doc suggested that we wait for cam to get better then cut the adenoids and tonsils out..

We will most likely do it in 2 or 3 weeks time, but i will investigate and research a bit more before we commit..

Doc says he has 3 kids and one of his had them cut out and it gave her instant relief..

I would love him to be able to SMELL and breathe through his nose, but hes never been able to!!! so considering it very seriously.

The op takes half an hour and he would spend half a day in hospital if all goes well...

anyhoo, i only worked half a day so it was hectic!!!

sorry i cant comment on all but dh is hovering to play his game on the pc XXXXX

Hello ladies!

Just a quick pop in to say a quick hello, been feeling under the weather since Sunday so went to bed as soon as Oliver went down last night (6.30pm, how embarrassingly early is that, I think that's a new record for me lol) and haven't had the chance to catch up at work.

Oliver's bottom is nearly all better, should be able to stop all the creams by tomorrow I think.

Going to have another early night tonight then will hopefully be back to normal tomorrow and will catch up then. Lots of love to all the mommies and babies. X x X
