I am sooo livid now!!! Call my boss to tell him that I have to attend a funeral tomorrow and that I will come in but need to leave early. He asks me why this is happening so often on a Friday So I say it's just coincidence and he says the other director also noticed that I'm off so often on a Friday ... So I just said that if I take leave I always sign a leave form so it's not like I'm just not pitching up to work ... He says okay ... and conversation over!!!

So I go complain to the admin manager who is here for over 20 years and he tells me he got same treatment last year when he needed to go to doc and showed me the e-mail. Lol somehow I feel better after seeing that ...

Helen, thanks for the info, its actually for my mom, she has an old enamel bath. Our house has some crappy plastic baths, but will have to live with them for a while still until we revamp our bathroom.

Oh my word, Yoza, every death is different - and as you have lost your dad and I lost my aunt - there are differences. I just really hope you got to be at his bedside in time. The sadness - I know how you are feeling. A big hug. May God wrap his loving arms around you and bring you much comfort.

Julz, TOTALLY agree with the therapist. Us mums are so hung up on time that time passes and we've missed it. We're so desparate to do whats best for our kids that we forget the important things. But we're all only human.

Erin woke us at 1, 2 and 2h40. Then the stern voice came ERIN DUDUS and she did.

I don't know how I've done it but I've gone from baking 1 cake to 5 and 30 cupcakes in a week. So am drowning. Just a quick hi today.

wrt to bedrooms and that, K's cot is in our room plus we have toys all over the floor, but dont really mind. I said to df after the wedding and K's birthday, I am going to concentrate on his room and make it look nice. Going to get shelfs built and put then up and paint them a wash blue, then put the toddler bed in and then do theme of like cars, planes etc get some framed pics. Will take a while but then his room will stay like that until his at least 6 years and then can decided on a theme himself

Feel so sorry for Yoza, its really a terrible thing hope she is holding up okay.

Vix i have seen the programme "Tweenies" i think theres a purple dude in there and his name was milo (i think) was one of the 4 characters lol.

Forgot to say, on tuesday night around 18:20 our electrcity went off and K was watching madagascor before it went off, so he was shouting at the tv lol saying "and now mama" over and over, but it got dark quick and he was scared of the gas lamp thingie so he was crying so quickly popped him in bath and he was asleep chop chop. The bathing him at 7 and in bed by twenty past is really working for us.
