Christi- R150 isn't the normal price, it's still on special it's just that everywhere seems to be having the same special.

I have never ever paid more than R170 for a pack of nappies and usually only R150 because when there's a special I stock up until the next special.

Nelria: love the baba's pic. Lea is so grown up and Xen is way to adorable. Oh im not the only one who still put baby grown on baba.

Re vac: im up to date with mine for both babies. But ive found that with the private vacs being in govt list. Most clinics are out of stock. for the 6 week vaccs they were out of stock and eventually settled for private. too bad i cannot turn back on govt.

Nicole: glad you found the perfect dress and your mom is around to share this moment .

Re nappy prices: maybe competition commission is on to them. The prices were just ridiculous. At some point we paid over R200 for nappies. Im glad the prices have come down for what ever reason. with two kids i get to save.

My dad just saw the surgeon we are seeing another dr tomorrow. The professor needs a second opinion on his x-rays before he does the op. Monday its D day for him. getting nervous now

Iv given quite a bit of K's outfits away but have kept a few in each size that were really sentimental to me

I must say its been really nice for K to stay up later so we get to spend more time with him. Tonight making spicy pork sausages, potatoe wedges and salad..yummy!

K is such a cheese addict!! last night i was grating cheese to put on top of his spagetti bolognaise and whilst I was looking he grabed the cheese and starting biting off huge chuncks and shoving into his mouth lol

Simone didn't have the heart to do 3rd injection when he had 18m vacs so postponed this one. Atleast he'll get weighed etc. Sure the paed will be thrilled to hear that he's drinking more milk now

Think the nappy companies has been ripping us off!! When we started buying HG no3 like more than a year ago, they were R150/pack on special, now its the normal price WTF???

I also wonder what's happening with nappy prices but I also realise that HG quality seems to have deteriorated a bit, no leaks though. Maybe competition commission onto nappy manufacturers now???
