Here is Kirsten's very first moments (natural birth)

The head out and the cord was wrapped around the neck so they quickly had to get the cord off and cut it.

My Paediatrian took beautifull pics. What I liked is with both my births the Paed's asked for the camera. We even made a video of them being examined and screaming their lungs out. Although second time round we were told no Video's allowed after my husband had made the video already.
