I rearly pop in here as I'm only online on a week-ends really...hope u all doing well...

See there are many concerns about fasting during Ramadaan,you can pay in for the days you've missed 'n only if you strong enough too, dont force the issue, remember your carrying a precious bundle there 'n ur health is just as important as ur unborn baba's is...i'm also due around that time but yesterday my gynae told me she cud come sooner but I wont be able to fast of course!

I dont think I would have fasted if I was preggy. I remember feeling drained and I was not even fasting so cannot imagine what a pregnant woman will go through during the fast. I think if you feel fine then it should be ok. Check with your doctor first though.

Regarding birth, my DH was with me through the birth of Kamilah. I have never heard that they cannot attend. Its such an amazing and special experience and a daddy in my opinion has the right to experience the birth of his child. Thats just my opinion though.

We must just be happy and contended that we are/will be blessed with healthy kiddies.

I am due during the first week of Ramadaan so I doubt i'll get to fast any this time around.

So how does it all work? How do we pay in the past Ramadaan days as well as a whole month? Do we fast those days in afterwards as well as pay Fidya?

Has doctors said its ok to try and fast the past Ramadaan days this far in (30 weeks)?

A-isha as far as fasting goes I will be pregnant through ramadaan as well. I was told that you can fast on days when you feel "strong" enough. I was thinking of trying every second day and see from there. It would probably drain a pregnant person I guess, but I hate paying in days after everyone already finished and I also have a few days from last ramadaan that I need to pay in!

As far as the partner is concerned I cant say I know a well informed answer...hope someone else does???

I went for another scan yesterday and all is well with baby. ITS A BOY!!! so as much as I really was hoping a baby girl my husband is OVER THE MOON!!
SO now I will just hope 3rd time lucky for me!
