Ash- I am not sure if I will be the first. It depends on when baby will be coming I think. If he says the natural is not on when I see him on Wednesday then I will be first as I will have my c-sec on 21st. But if we wait for her arrival the latest he will leave her in is 5th July so then someone else from our group might beat me!!!

I am so happy you are well Ash. Please just take it easy, no amount of money is worth it!!!

hello ladies

i am back i am so happy!
all is ok with baby and me, when i went for the check up last week he was 2.1kg's and the fluid around him was all ok

I have to say... when my waters broke, it wasnt a big GUSH, if u remember i have been complaining of water like discharge, lots of it enough to wet my panties as well as pain in my lady part! so i had no idea that the waters had broken!
anyways app there 2ways the water can break they call it premature rupture of membranes... anyways all seems fine now, i do have the same pains etc but i think being monitoerd weekly now also puts me more at ease but i dont think i will make it til 40 weeke, i really do hope i do but some how i dont think so.

I have to say as a tip ladies, pack in a little note book and pen in ure hnad bag for when u in hospital the sisters etc come in and monitor u all the time and through out the night they will even wake u up, so just to keep a eye on the last time that u were given medications etc, i am glad i have a excellent memory, funny enough so i could remember but it sure would of helped me had i got a note book.

I am back at work today, wondering as well as its 5 weeks left of work and hoping that baby sticks it out cos i need the 5 weeks pay and the extra time with baby when he is born so as there was no immidiate threat to baby or me, i returned to work but am taking it one day at a time

ladies, have any of u been told that ure placenta is ageing yet??? she told me last week that there were signs that my placenta is aginig and its normal but now i dont wanna google ANYTHING!!! if not, when u have u next app just ask if all is ok with ure placentas and see?? maybe i am just been now over curious... i know it ages towards the end but i still have 7 weeks

u know from almost having him at 31 weeks to still be in 2 weeks later, i feel great.

they said if they deliver him now, he will probably be ok, i mean at 31 weeks when i went in but they said he will be so full of pipes etc and he will only drink 2mm of milk every 4hours etc and that scared the living day lights outt me!!!!

i just thank my lucky starts that he is ok. and u all seem to also be ok hey ladies and ure babies, i did read a few posts just quickly cos there were a few.

who all has appointmnets etc this week??

I am so exhausted today. Fell asleep at 8pm and woke up at 12, so sat reading my Hypnobirthing book.

I only have 7 days left of work... finish next week Tuesday at 37 weeks and can honestly say I can not wait. I really am battling to get up in the mornings.

On Wednesday we have our 36 week appointmnet and will find out if we are a go for natural or not. If it is not- I will be holding babe in two weeks time on 21st. If it is a go, will have to let babe come when she is ready.

Sindy - Enjoy the antenatal class. I agree on the tired thing - ALL the time is about right. Enjoy the Dr visit this afternoon, I'm also seeing Dr this afternoon.

Newbie - I don't think your mad to have the maid and extra day a week, I also want everything to be clean and fresh and sparkly for the new arrival. I do think your crazy doing it all yourself though - take it easy....

Vicky - glad you are feeling better. Must have been so cute seeing little one, and also relief to know that all is well.

Also worried about Ash, was thinking of her at 4.30 this morning when I couldn't sleep. Hope she is ok...... gues we'll just have to wait

I am so tired this morning. Hubby and I had a disagreement last night (nothing hectic), but ended with us agreeing to disagree and me crying myself to sleep, then up early thinking about it again.... so all puffy eyed and tired this morning. Off to the gynie at 4 today quite curious to see what he has to say now that things are getting closer. Met a lady the week end who had a 3.4kg son at 36 weeks and he was perfect and healthy and happy, so ja... like she said I guess - anytime now!!
