January 2010 mommies

Rocco, we had this same discussion and decided that the pead was a bit unneccesary!! Most of the moommies took their lo to the clinic. i took lg to our midwife / sister and she gave me some nice excersizes and games i can play with lg. I also got a star for being a good mommy! Sounds stupid but no one (except my mom) ever tells me im a good mommy. I think everyone needs to hear it once in a while.

M2B all good things comes to those who wait. Just keep the faith! At least you have something to look foward to. Something to hope for. There is people that have none. That gave up.

Ps. love your vents, like someone else said, we all have some sort of issues with ours. so you not alone!

Riley's doing so good.. she's finally eating her pappies en groente
there's still some days when she opens her mouth but as soon as the spoon touches her lips she closes her mouth and everything ends up on her chin and clothes!
i havent taken her to the paed for her 6 month check up yet.. i know.. im a bad mommy. i just dont hav R500 to fork out right now.. is it really necessary to take her? couldnt i just go to the sister at the clinic?? im mean she is healthy and normal..

as for the money situation......
we're still in the same boat, things are not really looking any better yet.. as a matter of fact its worse..
Im just going with the flow now... things have to start looking up sooner or later right?

Well thats a pity, we will miss you!!

If i had a choice i would move to the bush somewhere!

ps talking about bush, dh is looking at buying another house in Marloth Park. Im a bit sceptical but atleast then we will have somewhere to go when we need a break, and i dont have to phone around like a fool, like now!
