Ja, i dont know so much Elsa? But if thats what the pead says, who are we to argue?? Dont give advice either! My MIL on the other hand just doesnt stop!! Everytime she argues something im doing i just say "well our pead said we could do it" or "hubby and i discussed it and thats the way we are doing it, finished and klaar" and the last time i even told her that i dont know why i should be explaining what im doing to anyone, and she said yes, you shouldnt and then the next piece of advice followed! Angel - I express about 120 - 150ml at a time. Only do one boobie for the first session and then two boobies during lunch. Have not had the best supply today, but I think it's because I'm so tired and it's Friday.
