The one that comes with the Bennet's saline drops works the best, also bought a rather expensive one and it doesn't work at all , but the one in the Bennets pack has a soft pipe in the front that allows for better manoeuvrability

Elizabeth Annes makes a vapour rub that works wonders as well...you can try that too, or the karvol is really a winner, you get the capsules and rub.

You don't know what Karvol is??? It's little drops you put on their bedding containing eucoliptus and stuff. Try that it might work.
