Just had a huge fight with BF over the phone. Funny that he seems to think that he didnt do anything wrong. I just told him that we will never get married and I dont ever want to marry him. I am thinking of breaking it off with him and just going my own way. I cant go on like this. Everytime we fight its the same shit!

Juanita-Tristan is still waking up twice in the evening, but goes back to sleep fairly quickly so it is not too bad.

Newbie if they subpoena'd you, you better go, otherwise you can be held in contempt of court...sorry to be the bearer of bad news
Usually if you are in contempt of court you can be fined...spoke to one of the advocates here and he said it is best to give them a call and tell them you have a small baby that you must look after and cannot take him with you to court, no one is available to look after him (they dont need to know about your mom-it is none of their business) and make an alternative arangement...you would be surprised at how accomodating some of the state prosecutors are,(I got one to drop a case with a bit of tears )but dont just not pitch up...then they wont be very helpful.

he did say that unfortunately you must go to court because they will want to cross examine you. Since the guy is pleading not guilty he will be leading evidence.

Happy to hear Markus enjoyed his first food! Ugghhh about the court thing though... Do what you feel is right but I would say put those buggers behind bars!
