Ok im done venting now. Thanx for listening, i feel a little better now.

Miss my baby angel today, Mondays are always the hardest!!

We got the money for the stupid built in cupboard even befor lg was born, but the quotes was too much so dh decided he would do it himself. Then he built the whole cupboard and tried to put it in the hole. WHAT A MESS!! The hole was too small (imagine that) so then he grinded or sanded the wall, left my whole house under 5mm of dust (didnt think of taking anything out of lg room) so i was left to clean the whole house and to wash everything that was in lg room, including toys and curtains and and and .... Ok but i didnt complain, i didnt say a word. So now the thing is finally in but it still needs shelves and the doors arent up yet. But first he needed to fix the wall that he f@#$ed up when he tested the theory that concrete could bend!

And then on saturday while hes busy "fixing" the wall he doesnt think of putting paper on the floor, no the cement is all over my brand new carpet. but when i ask, why didnt you put paper down i just get :"all you do is complain, i cant do anything right" so i think, uhm sorry, but that was commen sense you idiot!!

Ok so thats the cupboard, the cot on the other hand, he wanted to renovate coz it was his old cot and he wanted to take all the paint off and stain it so it matches all the other furniture blah blah blah. Last week i decided that this blerrie cot needs to get finished and loaded it unto the bakkie (the housekeeper helps me) and bring it in to work so that one of the workers can start sanding it. So when dh sees it in the workshop he goes, i wouldve started next weekend and i just think to myself, im sorry, i shouldve known that after 9 months of pregnancy and your lg being 4 months now i shouldve just waited one more weekend. how stupid of me!

WTH?? I swear if i knew someone reliable that could finish her room i would pay him to do it. Would rather listen to dh complain about how he couldve done it better that not have it done at all!

Hallo Ladies,
Been awhile since I last had a chance to chat! Been busy @ work. Boss started new business & there's loads to still sort out.
Christiaan is 5 months old today! My baby boy is growing way to quickly. Miss him so much, he’s changing & learning so much everyday! He weighs ± 9 kgs or just over? Wearing pampers size 4+ & some of his 6-12 months clothes are starting to fit a bit tight.
Haven’t introduced solids yet, but can see he’s ready. He watches closely when we eat & opens his mouth when he sees the fork coming to your mouth! Really an easygoing baby, just don’t put me in the car seat – he hates it! Getting a bit better, hope when we eventually put him in a front facing seat that he will be happier, but unfortunately still awhile to go. I think its because he can’t see us in the rear facing seat & then gets very unhappy…

Don’t get me started on half finished projects around the house! DH has been painting the house for the past 3 years & still not finished! The parts that he did finish painting, he will have to redo when (if?) he finally decides to finish the job! I’m busy making a list with all the things that he has to do (finish) around the house & I’m putting it up on the fridge & he has to at least take one thing off that list every month. There is some smaller stuff that will only take him a few minutes to sort out & then the bigger tasks, he can decide himself, but before the end of the year, that list better be much shorter than it is now! But I must admit he does help me out a lot with the kids & he does his own ironing because I just don’t get round to doing it (don’t have a nanny, so he just has to do his part!).

I am sitting with a half finished cupboard in my room, DH started before LB was born and it is still not done, going to do it myself soon-how hard can it be right? If he can do it why cant I?

Shame Juanita, sorry to hear about Drol husband being an ass... Don't even get me stared on DIY stuff - my husband has issue even knocking a freaking nail in the wall - he is sooo blady useless!

Morning Ladies,

Had a crappy weekend!! Dh is p'd off with me coz apparently i always pressure him into doing things. All i said that he must fix the wall he f@#ed up while putting in the cupboard and then i can move lg back into her room. Well, he sort of did it. was swearing the whole 2 hours and now its still not finished!! WTH?? So now im not saying another word! wont ask him anything again!! for all i care she can stay in my room until shes 4! And on saturday night we went to friends and he was so rude with me, nearly left without him. then i asked him to make me a bottle coz lg was niggly and over tired. he gave me a boiling hot bottle. WTF am i supposed to do with a boiling hot bottle, i swear i nearly threw him with it. It seems like hes irritated coz he always has to help. Well, welcome to parenthood! He can be such an ass!! Not talking to him too much today, just minding my own business.

Yesterday i went to visit my granny, super boring, should have stayed in bed with lg all day!! Think its coz things were still mislik at home. DH (Drol husband) went to play golf and when he came home he couldnt stop saying how nice his day was and how much fun he had. Thanks, that makes us feel even more in your way!!

Ag wat, im sure it will blow over, hopefully before the world cup is over.
