Lucy... so glad everything is still going well, can't wait for next week and to see the scan pic, so exciting!
AFM Cate & I have been fighting off this super flu bug for the last 2 weeks - it's been a vicious cycle of passing it backwards and forwards between the two of us, but we both seem to be on the road to recovery.
I wanted to ask the KZN ladies, do any of you know of an occupational therapist based in Pinetown?

Hi H-Buzz, No I don't normally get sore boobs and definitely not this bad. my cycles are anything from 21 days to 28 days. So really not sure, but it would explain me feeling so tired this week. I think maybe I should wait until Friday, that will be 28 days and if still nothing then test.

If I can hold out that long!

Hi everyone else.

OK I am not sure what is going on. My boobies have been aching this weekend - since Friday. Couldn't sleep on my stomach last night. Having period pain but no period yet. I think I am at my 24th day of my cycle. Don't want to test now cause I don't think I can handle a BFN. But on the other hand dying to POAS!

thanks KLK ...well thats what I was told..... but the paed who said tht also cudnot diagnose a fever which lucky had for around a week before I came to stay with my hubby and went to another paed !!!! So he may go to hell I also give it to him only when he is niggly ... Oh and probably give the gym a miss today ??

btw am still 4 KG over my prepregnancy wt and 6 kg over what I should be ... BF for baby to gain wt and I to loose

Aanaa - nice weight there!! At least you know he is healthy! As for the Dummy...its a life saver. Connor LOVES his dummy, if he could have it all day he would. He used to have it all the time until i was recently told that it would mess with his speech as wouldnt try say things or "talk" whilst it was in his mouth. i only give it to him to sleep or if he becomes niggly in the car. Dummies are a Mom's best friend Oh and i have never heard of it to kill hunger. Connor has never not want to eat

Im ok now, my arm is a bit sore, cant really straighten it. Gym is going to be interesting today

AFM : well my lil boy cried his heart out after bath today ( he had started enjoying his bath since the last two weeks ) & i realised it was coz da blister from the BCG vaccination had burst ... poor lil baby ... a bit of sucking and a lot of cuddling and he's now been sleeping for over two hours now .... is having a war week ... went for the 2nd round of vaccination on saturday for some neococcal bacteria ( well its to prevent deseases like brain fever, pnemonia, and some blood disorders ) and we found out he weighs 5.2 Kgs ...has overshot his benchmark but I guess it'll all settle down to normal in a few months .

And just to tell u how dumb his mommy is , she never used the dummy to sooth him untill yesterday and he's taken to it wonderfully ... Well I was adviced against it by my previous paed as it is suposed to kill hunger but I guess giving it to him for 10 mins after feed to help him sleep can't be bad ... what say all u experienced mommys ?
