Shols wow so sorry about your loss. Doing the math, that means you were almost in 2nd trimester when you lost your LO? May I ask what happened? I think its soooo tough to try again after an easy conception first time, and we try to will our bodies to repeat the past.
I also conceived first try and was over the moon! Then MC at 9w, and took 4 months to conceive again. I count myself as totally blessed.

Cape Town's a fresh 26 today, but the mornings are still too cold I wasnt going to go in today, but forgot some of my groceries in the fridge at work yesterday, and since I'm at home on Wednesday I kind of have to get it!
My next scan is tomorrow

Shols - Unfortunately it does seem to be more difficult second time around for some of us. We'll all get each other through til we all have our BFP's then our little babas in our arms!!

Ika - I have read that OPK's are not very accurate the 1st cycle after an MC. I hope it proves wrong for you! FX FX FX!!

i have been following this forum for a while - but seldom replied coz i was seldom in a good mood - ive recently realised i should talk to people who have experienced what i have been thru.
i really admire the love and support that all u ladies give to each other.

I just really really wantto fall preggies and it just seems so far away.

I fell preggies for the 1st tym in August last year and fell pregnant so easily - not much effort at all - i then had some complications and had to have a D&C in december and eversince its just been a task to fall preggies again

Hey girls. Sory for no personals, my thumb is so sore. It ended up in the car door today! Ouch! Its already purple!

So, went for bloods at 8. Told us to come back at 12 (provincial hospital) for results. Went back, and no results! Lab says only tomorrow. But they said I could phone. (we live 30km from hosp, and dh works 30km in the other direction- and he comes with.)

Good news though, I think count is down, because my bbs is not sore anymore.(since yesterday) - thats a good sign right?

Ok, so how long did you bleed after d&c? And when can you resume sex (its been 4w now, and even I am getting frustrated now!!) I forgot to ask the doc.........
