Pregnancy after D&C

I am not sure if Durbs has any Funky Fish stores, but its big fluffy cow - my mom's cat loves teddy's so its usually for him. I think I need to add to her collection

It was terrible - he cried for months after his mom died. I never want to see him in that pain ever again! It just makes us appreciate every day with each family member - got to have silver lining!

Claire - OK you are going to have to explain the cow from funky fish thing !!

Lucy - trying to organise to see family in law tomorrow. My dh's mom passed away tragically 4 years ago so have to be extra sensitive Mothers Day at my house which we still need to paint and finish skirting upstairs tomorrow too.. I want to go buy my mom the cow from funky fish - they are adorable!

21 b-day parties - ha ha they make me feel old - grrr! lol

Chanm - lol bloods and going crazy. I know a girl that does the bloods for high profile celebs so its very interesting that she knows when these ladies are preggy and she always passes the info on - ooohhh love it!

Cath - Thanks so much. I agree with you, we are obviously thinking along the same lines .... I actually posted in the TTC thread this morning that maybe I needed a few more lessons in patience!! It was really good to read what you wrote as it so easy to loose the plot in this TTC game - Thanks!

Lucy-I can hardly remember turning 21, eish, quite a few years back!

I know what you're saying about the blood results.. they don't lie but then I doubt so many other things I just drive myself and everyone around me crazy!!

Just wanted to say - that sounds like a plan! Relax over weekend if you can and what helped me at the time of the D&C was to know that getting pregnant isn't a linear thing - i.e. you don't just BD on the right day, fell pregnant and have baby. There are so many other variable including IMO God's will and what really ultimately is going to fit best in the greater scheme of things. If you don't get a BFP this month it's only because it's not the right time for baba or you even though you feel ready...if you do get a BFP then everything is lined up just right but we have to leave it in God's hands and try and not force our human will on what we 'want' cause we don't have the full picture. I feel strongly that your baba is there for you and will be presented to you when the time is RIGHT in God's eyes not human eyes. I think that's what helped me with teh blighted ovum...it was stressful not to know what was happening but when I realised that much of my upset was due to things not happening MY way and that I had to be patient and that God would decide if and then this happened I relaxed. It's a gift so we can't 'make' it happen. And those women who do conceive successfully aren't 'better' they're just at the perfect time to receive the gift.
Just my 2 cents - I KNOW you'll get a BFP at the right time - maybe even this month still - and I also KNOW from readnig your posts you'll be a great mom. This is a test in acceptance and patience which I know you can 'pass'!
