I am so stressed taking Phelo to the doctor She has fever and worse part is that she has this non stop cold and last month she started Physiotherapy for Bronchitis and it was working for her and they decided that she's okay as it has helped her and I must keep giving her the the medication guess what hardly a week she back to the congested chest coughing,i feel like nothing is working for her.Last time they considered admitting her,I just hope is nothing serious.

Nels the rates for nanny is from R1000 - R2 500 depending on:
• number of kids
• other responsibilities (cleaning, ironing, washing, etc)
• stay in or just a day nanny- stay in normally get less bcos she won't b spending on transport, and you'll b providing her with accommodation/food/etc.
• if it's someone from far (different province/country) then normally u give her weekend/2 off based on ur agreement. If she's local & has kids/partner, then it's better she works Mon-Fri.
• weekends & public holidays overtime.
• experience as a nanny.
• 13th cheque or bonus if u can afford.
• advisable to pay UIF for her, so wen she's temporarily unemployed(maternity leave, etc), she'l get paid by UIF & not u.

On the rules, also talk about her receiving guests @ ur place, is she off-duty from taking care of baby wen u get home @ night?
