I am strugling with my ma,was told is exhausted,when I ask why cause I had funds b4 giving birth,was told that some of doctors who were treating Phelo hv been pd from my day 2 day funds.

I did followup's as to why and was told that there's no authorization num and the hospital got it and all along I thought all the doc's were pd,and now I get a call from the x-rays department telling me that they were not pd an amount of R2596 is outstanding .

I phone the MA,how come that this people r not pd and was told that they don't hav an authorization num from the 4th - 9th,and I told that is highly impossible the hospital was pd and some of the doctors were pd and I gave them the auth num and they still question it can u believe this people and every time u phone u get different people.

And now that the found the auth num on their sys,they telling me that they going to query it and they'll phone me back cause they need to sort out their mess and in the mean while should I want to c a specialist I must pay cash until they reverse everything,how dumb can this people be I just stupid things .

I am so mad right now and I yelling at this consultants they don't know what they doing.
