Mina after that thing yeDiscovery telling me I need to lose at least 10kgs...yooo I think it depressed me, dont think Ive been eating less or anything, but amazingly have lost 3 kgs already , dont know how and wish I knew so I could do it more!!! So its 7 more to go...what a long way, 7 sounds little, but to lose it...tjooo it can take forever!
