Oh Jade, this is really tough love.... :( :(

i hear you gal, and to be honest with you I have thought of the below over and over.

Eish where do i start?? This one needs to be tackled over a cup of coffee stru.. You are on point with most of the things i must say..

I'm going to print the below neh and when i see you we shall talk coz right now i dont know where to start...

I talked and talked and cried and cried until i turned blue in the face hence i am at a point of no return. i tried to get us back on track but hey it takes two to tango..

on the part of me moving out, he sent me packing long before i got preggies and i was just delaying the process coz i thought we could work things out, and guess what only to find he is seeing someone else. i felt betrayed and hurt. Him making space for the whore over what we had built together??? Anyhew i fell preggies and i went home. when i asked if we should be back he gave me a snotty answer coz obviously he had the whore in his mind and didnt give a damn about me or us..

I can not go back only to be sent packing again when he finds another whore to sidetrack him, No, i will not do that to my little gal.

Kaytee, Okay , thats it, time for some though love.....

We were talking about this "change in our partners " a while ago...

Before you had your Lo, things were hunky dory and all was well, you stayed together (?) and were constantly in each others company.
Then baby came along and everything changed. All of a sudden you moved back to your parents house and that was it.
Note that during that time, the closeness and that intimate bond that you guys shared broke down, coz you were concentrating on your baby and he was left to his own defences. He had time to connect with those idiotic friends of his again, and got a wiff of being free from the ball and chains of a steady relationship.

You must bear in mind, that men are "clueless " beings and just the smallest thing and they go back to their old selfs again , after you spent such a long time getting them reformed and in line.
I mean lets face it, when you are together , he is at home in time, he does what he has to, He keeps his friends at a minimum, and the minute you leave her turns into a Rebel.

So in a sense, I think we as women are partly to blame, coz we allowed them to have the comfort of having a semi-wife all this time, and now ur not around, and he`s gone back to being Bachelor 2010 all of a sudden. I feel the baby is both of ya`lls and it doesnt make sense to me that you should be at your folks when you should ideally be with BD and raising you kiddo together.

I know somewhere, somehow, it clashes with culture and all, but would you rather satisfy your parents and stay home coz baby belongs to YOUR family coz she was born outa wedlock, or are you gonna be a woman , and fight for your own family that you guys created when u fell preggies.I mean you carried his seed for 9 months and then you are just gonna give up on him. Nobody is perfect and we all have our own demons in our relationship, marraiges , but everything has a solution.

Yes our parents are preaching on our heads about marraige and damages and alles, but is it worth losing your man. Its pointless to accuse each other of the one neglecting the other when you yourself aren`t doing anything to get him back in line. You have to work twice as hard coz you are not the same person you were before. Would you rather have him shack up with a 19 yr old in the very same place that you had your most intimate moments in

He is yours, you know each other by now, you might have gone through hell, but still he is the father of your baby.

A simple example, look at Blackie the other day, she was disrespected, but guess what, she didnt walk away, she is doing her damnest to keep her family together, and that quality doesnt lie with everyone, but it can be learned.

When people talk here, listen , take note, coz sometime you might find yourself in the same situation.

And please dont say you have a baby, he can go to hell, You need him, like it or not, there is a certain void in a childs life that no one can fill besides her own biological dad.

kay- communicate, talk, start spending time together, make time for each other, be your old self again, woo him again, do what you used to do before baby, you will be amazed at the change in heart.

I`m not shouting you neh , I just dont wanna see my friends unhappy....

See thats the thing, cheating i think i might be able to handle. We also went through ish but i thought we can move on but hayi yena he wants to hold on to the past.. I can not be with someone who can not forgive but yet expects me to, someone who thinks his family is superior than mine...

Hayi gals, sometimes we compromise ourselves too much for these men and then we only end up getting hurt.. MCIM

I've bent backwards too much I am now starting to lose balance...
