Hey my princess is 3mnths old today, time flies neh!

Wildcat if I'm getting 8-5 nanny then I'll use an agency. If it's a stay-in nanny then I'll be getting some1 from home.

Advantages of stay-in: won't be late for work, hv some1 wen we wanna go out evenings.

Advantages of 8-5: hv my privacy, don't hv to cater/accommodate her.

Morning ladies,hope u r all rested and the nunus alk happy,angelsmom i hope u hv a beta day than gester ne,zulu,eish tonsils,bd had hs removed three months ago,it was pain,4 both of us,always at the hosp,hope u get beta,Patty,i am also confused what to do in jan wen i go bk to work,r u using an agency?ladies with nanny's plz help,wat is best?
