hope you are all fine with your nunus. Jade i will definately use your trick my BD doesnt want wan to buy the car seat he says its too early must also get someone to carry the baby for me while i'm driving, (he's not born yet) but i wanted to buy everything now so that i dont worry about it later.

Phew, tell me about it......

Sometimes I feel to use cloth nappies, it will save me truckload of cash, but since Tay will be staying with my Ma who is not well, when I go back to work, I decided to get Pampers, and trust me they dont come cheap. But hey, anything for my baby.

I guess öne has to stand their ground at times he will come around...went to dischem to get pampers shuu its as though i didnt get paid!

Thats why he ain`t talking to me Phephe, it set him back R799.90, I can just imagine the embarrasment I woulda suffered if he told me to get lost.....LOL

I`m having a depressing weekend, DH and I aren`t on speaking terms...

My baby finally got her carseat on Friday, i dragged DH off to the mall under false pretence carrying Tay in my arms nogal coz he didnt want us to buy the travel set mos, walked in Reggies asked the assistant for a Demo on which one is advisable for Tay`s age/weight , picked a color and walked to the till. the lady scanned it I turned around and gave him a stern look and said Kom Pappa....... and he swiped and wala my baby has a car seat. I am going back to work next month and I haven`t gone anywhere with my baby coz I always have to ask someone to accompany me while I drive. I thought he was gonna refuse but it just shows how much power we have as women, maybe I should also try for the weekend away or maybe I`m pushing my luck

I`m sitting here reading Ntoko`s post about shaving the rain forest. , ja rather do it yourself than having the sisters in maternity ward run through it like they are cutting grass...nx.

Wildcat2, a weekend away is a definite must, enjoy every minute of your guys alone time together

You guys have done well getting this far with your pregnancies, and we should give thanks that we are part of the priviledged few to experience this miracle of bringing a Nunu into the world.


I agree , I think we should all get together when you all have unloaded your "Precious Cargo" for a Mommie and Baby day, It would be nice to meet all of you in person.
