Elam's party was a HUGE success. Thanks for all advice & well-wishes.

LOL about old ppl and weight! The day after my wedding, had a traditional gathering where u're given advice by the elders etc & I was wearing umbaco(traditional Xhosa outfit). My mom forced me to wear a towel around my waist under the skirt to provide padding (bigger hips & bum) because I was too thin!!!

Whoop Whoop for Vamo I watched it from 7am thinking I'll get a sneak of u well done girl.
I love running, not sure if I'll EVA b able to do Comrades thou.
I would love to lose some weight here . . . so mayb I should consider it. wanna do Walk the Talk ka July, mayb consider Soweto Marathon later this year

Old people are always like that, think the more weight u hv u r a "real" woman! LOL u r truelly blessed with good genes.

Ohhh I forgot to say... I think I lost half of the 53 KG I weigh! My granny is so worried about my weight! She even says umfazi oshadile akumele azace kanjena, abantu bazothi indoda iyanghlupha (A married woman shouldn't be so thin coz people will say hubby is mistreating me) LOL Granny is classic but I have never been big...what is she expecting My highest weight gain was I think 58/9 while I was preggy! Ogogo sometimes!

I am still in one piece! My finishing time was 10H45M36S . Nothing close to the 5H I was aiming for and taking the Russian Twins off the record (someone hs to do it and it will have to be me LOL)

Gals... I have found answers to the questions I have been asking myself since Lwandle was born. He took with him 50% of my streangth/energy whatever you can call it! No wonder he is so bountifully active ITS MY ENERGY

Nels we stay in a complex, so normally the nannies from diff houses will meet by the garden so the kids can play together. they enjoy it so much, the older ones actually demand for that play time. it will be boring to just sit in the house
