Well the doctor said bcoz he is young,they need to book an operating room,have anastetics(sp?)the room on it's own costs R12 000,then the surgeon which is R1700,then the meds and the bed ,my granny was shocked anyway,i'v decided to wait atlest untill next year,he has been so sick lately,just want to give him a break,esp since his birthday is coming up soon,i just feel so bad to have to put him through pain after pain,after pain

WC@ R20000! Tjo I know the medical aid paid less than R10000 because he went to theater. I must say I cried the first few days cause I didn't know what to do. But he was fine 2 weeks later.

You know in the Indian community they circumcise within 7 days of birht. They are experts on these things. So we went to a Colleagues doctor who always use him for their circumcisions. I guess because it's so common with them it's not that expensive.
