I am sure there's ways of eating healthy and making sure gore you have enough milk to breastfeed instead of stuffing yourself ka di papa bathong. nna ka di tshaba dijo tseo.

You know and they tell you that you're not allowed to eat sitting up straight ne, you have to lie on your stomach when you eat. Ntho tseo ke tsona tse diyetsang motho a none.

@wildcat u r so lucky u don't have,mina I have them and i was so hurt when they started and made peace with them,the lady who was doing the 3D Scan she even asked if this is my second child and when I told her that my first she was worried and she even made a comment about the pigmentation on my face,unfortunately there's nothing I can do about certain things is part of the package once I am done then I can look at all the alternatives that are there to treat them.

My mom was shocked when she saw my tummy and face,to think she and my sis they didn't experience what I am going through,they have this beautiful skin that one will die for,I think got it from my dad side.

Ladies, they have been talks of the swine flu vacine especially on the radio. They say you can get the vacine @ any gov clinic.

On my last visit i asked my gynae & he said i should get the vacine, its best especially for the foregners that are coming for soccer.

Ask you doctors & let us know pls

Ladies, i will also be breastfeeding. I honestly think it will be my me & lo alone time to bond.

I've also heard it helps with weight but i believe (well seeing my cousin balloning) its how much you eat. if you will say your eating alot unnecessarily cause your breastfeeding then you will sure gain than loose weight.

Im breastfeeding also.

Breastfeeding does make you loose weight, i`ve proved it from my sister.

Swine flu vaccine, i haven`t thought about it.
