I was suppossed to put Mirena, the copper one might make period pains worse. so it was a No No for me as Im already struggling with period pains. I choose to use Evra patch thou, cos I might be going for Baby 2 beginning 2012. so its not cost-effective to use it for 2years only.

Wildcat where are they selling it for R6000 thats a rip-off. you can come buy it from me for R2 100! No "I will not insert it for You!" dont wanna see people's punana's LOL

LOL MJ calling you Itu! in our house we dont use our names around Una, its Mommy or Daddy (nanny calls us Mme wa Nana or Papa wa Nana) to avoid LG learning our names now.

As for the Iud, it was not painfully when he inserted it. I even went shopping straight from the gp's office.

Hey Nels-n *waving back* My BD says he cant feel the string (IUD string), so I guess it's staying. I haven't experienced any problems so far. I was worried about gaining weight with the injection. As for the pill, I tried the mini-pill for a month and it was not working out well for me. Too much admin for me.

Anyway. I have had the copper iui or iud(not sure) and I was comfortable with it, but dh said he could feel it. Not sure if it was his brain or real so took it out and back to the pill. Am considering putting anothe one again but not telling him and waiting for any comments. Its about R100m the mirena is about R2000 dep on gyn , I'm not sure about the red robbot.
