Anyway, we got there at about 12:15, filled in forms till about 12:35, then waited, and waited and waited... Over an hour But it was worth it.

Dr. Joubert is stunning! We first talked a bit, the DH asked him if I can eat peanut butter cause I am dying for it. He said he will tell me after scan..

So me and DH went in to the room, I got ready, and here Doc walks in with a provita and PEANUT BUTTER for me How cute is that?

So while Doctor doing the internal scan I am munching on peanut butter

He said it is a healthy pregnancy, and I am 6 weeks and 4 days, and we saw heart beat, and then we HEARD heart beat! It was amazing....

Will post the pics a bit later, have to pack and go to shops now.

and i am loving the veggies meags.. i cant get enuff of them... wat radio station n wat time??

I forgot to say, I cannot eat vegetables unless they are mixed in with the food.

Last night I tried eating spinach and butternut and really wanted to vomit. Same thing last week with beans and carrots.

I am going to be on radio discussing the volunteering I've done since the nurses are striking! yay!

Thanks meags n ems mom.. i also feel very full n bloated in the morning.. its almost like my boobs are 2size bigger when i get up n then they shrink back
both my babies were 2.8kg n 2.5 kg resp so mines wont be going over 3kgs at all..
Ems mom im also trying to eat healthy esp during the day n i allow myself the supper i cook at home.. so yea had grilled chicken n couscous salad now hopefully tht will sustain me till the evening.. kimika where are those recpies????

Afternoon Ladies

So sorry have been MIA. Had 2 job interviews yesterday. Both went very well. Got the one offer this morning but turned down as salary was a little too low. The second one i will here by Monday the latest. Really hope i get it as it is the one I want and with the salary I want. I am going for anouther interview tomorrow as well.

Meemo i am sorry about your MS. Touch wood i do not get...but sure it will hit later this week. I think it is you coming to CT? ITS COLD!!!! At the moment. In all my winter woolies, but there are nice warm sunny days between...so i would recomend you pack fo rboth seasons! Hope you have a safe trip and that the motion sickness is not to bad. How about those pressure point bangle things? I where them when i fly and they really work well. I got them from Discem in the travel section adn as far as i remember they were not to expensive.

Lucy and Cath ty for sgaring your scans. they look fantastic. Cant wait to see mine Cant remember who mentioned the cramping...I have had a very few mild period like cramps which come and go. Of cors i got all frantic and googed it. Seems it i snothing too worry about .... as long as no bleeding as well. At least i am all clear there!

Joli and Emsmom - I am in the same boat about not wanting to know the sex> DH and I have spoken about it and think it will be a nice surprise....Going fro nutrual colours in nusery etc. Emsmomn hope your LG is getting better. Must be an awful feeling seeing your LO so sick! Guess i will know that feeling one day

Meags LOL good idea. I was 3.4kg and am guessing my LO will be about 3.6KG

Meemo by now I am sure you have had your scan....Hope that all is good and hope you will post some pics soon!!! I still have to wait 3 weeks for mine.....tick tock just wish the time will fly!

Hmm, for me I'd also guess a big baby, if I carry to 38 weeks I think maybe aroud 4kg. Em was 3.515 at 37 weeks.

ok lets have a guess at what our babies will weigh at birth.
kimika maybe you can add it to the list???

I am estimating a big baby around 3.8kg
