kimika, thanks for the welcome and thank u for adding me on the list - im surprised u remembered coz i only mentioned when i first joined this thread - u good at memory huh - can't say the same for me.

My 1st appointment is on the 01st of Sept. but i don't know how many weeks doc will say i am - i am assuming i will be 6 weeks then. 1st day of last period was 19 July.

Anyway, i have a question too - if any1 can help - I want to know at what week will doc know if its 1 baby or 2? im asking coz i was on clomid for 3 months and ive been told clomid increases chances of twins - will doc be able to tell next week?

just popping in to say - sorry i don't remember everything i read so if im slow or dont mention anything about something some1 has said please bear with me - my brain is abit porridge at the moment and i just cannot remember everything i read to reply personally.

a few things i do remember, Meemo, goodluck for the scan, just around the corner now, I wish u well and please share ur joyous experience with us when u done.

Shame Meemo - the naar feeling is just horrible. LOL my one friend used to ALWAYS wax and then the day before she went for her c-section she got her mom to wax her from her tummy right down to her legs and I was like WTF??!! So the other day I mentioned it (her son is 5 already) and she said: THAT WAS THE LAST TIME I EVER WAXED!!! He he he!! Hope your gynae is impressed .

I've also got so much work, but I just can't get myself to do it!! This pregnancy is making me soooooooooo lazy!!! I also eat lots of salads, fruit and yoghurt. That's all I eat the whole day and then supper at night. Really trying not to pick up too much weight. Will see what I weight on Saturday.

Will you be back to post a pic of your scan before leaving for CT??

Hope everyone is well today. I am, as per usual, naar.

Counting down the minutes till scan. Appointment is at 12:40. It is right around the corner, so will probably leave her ar 12:10, be there at 12:15, find his rooms, fill in the forms, then wait.....

So, exactly 4 hours till we leave. I am excited, as a little nervous as well.

Kimika, your loss is good, and it is at a pace that you should not pick it up again.

Emsmom - you brave, I hate salads!!!

Misty - where are you? YOu quite lately.

Joli - The wax was eina! Dont know what I expected, but glad it is done, so I look nice and neat for gynae, still need to shave this morning for him....

I hear lemon works, maybe I will try some now. I am carrying ginger with me to sniff, but not sure it really helps.

Kimika - I think you can only change your medical plan from January, but a hospital plan will still have to cover the birth.

Cath & Lucy - nice scan pics . I'm seeing my bean again this coming Saturday. Can't wait.

Emsmom - sorry to hear about Em being sick. Hope she gets better soon.

Well girls I'm mainly over the morning sickness so really happy about that. Will be 12 weeks on Saturday and I'm meeting my midwife at 07h00 on Saturday morning. Nice and early . And then going for a scan at 08h00 with Maryka again. Can't wait to see what baby is up to! You girls won't believe how HUGE my tummy is already. Maybe because it's a 3rd pregnancy but I've already got a baby bump. I'm pretty sure I felt the baby but it just seems to early. I really don't want to know the sex this time, so thought I would phone before the time and ask Maryka to say she can't see cause hubby wants to know. I'm only going for my next scan again once I've found a gynae (will speak to midwife first re her opinion). I know you can't really find nice clothing if you don't know the sex, but I don't mind to get most of the stuff once baby is here.

For those who are battling with morning sickness try to drink cold water with lemon juice or lime cordial. It worked for me.
